I am an FSW 2014 applicant. Medical results received since Sept 2015.

I didn't hear from them untill this week. I got a mail on Tuesday asking me to resend my statement of account along with the update form 5669 (background declaration)

This will be the third time am submitting acct statement.

First in 2014 along with initial application, secondly in Sept when I sent my medical results, the statement was requested for again. At that time (sept), I had almost double the required amount in my acct (Acct A).

After I submitted in sept, I didn't hear from them again. So I transferred some of the money out (for personal reasons) around January 2016. The remaining balance was still above the required amount. Later on when the money returned, I had it paid into another of my bank accounts (Acct B)

Now I got a mail from them on Tuesday asking for a bank statement and updated form 5669.

The remaining balance in the original acct (Acct A) is still more than the required amount by abt 100k even after using marked up figures

$12, 000 * 150 = 1.8m

(Actual amount required is $11, 931 & CAD rate is less than 150)

The question is : Should I use the Acct A statement as it is or should I transfer from Acct B acct into Acct A to consolidate and double the amount required?

you can print both statement but for any large deposit into your account ensure you back it up with proper documents. All the best

I got my PPR on Monday Feb 29th, 2016 and submitted yesterday to Accra.

Other request that came with PPR are PCC, Schedule A form, IMM5406 and POF

I applied for ECA through wes for my wife dec,31,2015 and sent a scanned copy of her certificate to her sis in canada and sje has sent it to wes,but the application status is still showing awaiting required documents,though she's yet to send the transcript from her school, olabisi onobanjo university. What do we do? As we need the report to apply for alberta pnp opening jan 26th. I want to ask if any one has applied for this "letter of no objection " as i applied from Association of professional engineers and geoscientist in alberta but i did not get a mail from them that they have seen my application or something. Someone in the house told me it takes about a week for the letter to be sent. Please help. Thanks.

If your EE profile is over a year, you need to delete and create a new one. The profile is only valid for one year

I am a 2014 Fsw applicant. I underwent and submitted my medical tests since Oct 17th this year but I have not gotten a feedback since.

I leant they normally request for passports two months after the submission of the medical results but has the procedure changed ?

I did my own medicals since July no PPR yet, so be patient 2016 will be our year. Be rest assure that you will receive visa before medical expire

pls house how do i go about it (WES), the name on my certificate is different from the name i want to apply with due to change in marital status.

Just include your marriage certificate. WES will include both name on the evaluation. That is exactly what they did for my wife evaluation

Damn. I just received my ielts result. It's not pretty men. L:7.5,S:6.0,R:6.5,W:5.5. This really dropped my crs score to 308. Can i still go into the pool and hope for provincial nomination? Need the candid advice of the house!

You need to rewrite the IELTS. Except if it is for some PNP that accept less than 6 in some instances

And does she need to do an education evaluation when she's not the principal applicant? Thanks and hope to hear from you. For my own wes evaluation i asked gave my university a copy of my certificate to add to the transcript they sent,don't know if i still need to send a copy directly to wes again?

Changing of International passport is not compulsory since you already have your marriage certificate. It is African mentality that your wife must use your name. CIC got no problem with using her former name. Evaluating your wife certificate will obviously give you some points. If your school already included a copy your certificate along with the transcript no need to send another copy

People, I will like to advise that we know what to write on open forum like this. On this same thread early last year, this issue of POF "runs" came up. (Solomonwis, Fermadiko, Mertil, Damkollins and other seniors of these thread); The logical conclusion then was to threat this outside the forum - privately. There has been cases of CIC checking out people on Linkedin for true work history, Checking the forum for info (India to be precise). Please don't think Nairaland is only within Nigeria...IT IS WORLD WIDE WEB!!! Be careful!!! The whole world is watching.

Hello all. My wife just received our ITA as dated above.
The challenge now is the POF. I have a paid job but my account balance cannot be used to apply for PR.
The good news is that we have funds available from family members (1.5million) and my wife has a land in her name with C of O valued over 3 million.

Also we have cars worth about 2 million and other house hold items.

Can the pros kindly advice how we can show proof of funds with all of this.

If you have any bulk amount transfered into your account you must back it up with proof of how you come about it. As for how far back, it can be 3 months or 6 months statement of accounts

you can use Q life medical centre in VI, IOM at Ikeja or children practice's at ikoyi

High BP cannot make you inadmissible. Most people do have high BP, the doctor might ask you to come back again

I have since started a business and would like to submit this business account when an updated POF is requested. I moved most of the funds to start this business and my personal account is not well funded but the business account is. I have all the business registration documents. Will this be a problem?

Be very careful here because they will ask for so much detail, company registration, signage, reference from your customers etc

My fswp 2014 application was received in Sydney on 22 Dec,2014. NOC applied for is 0113(Purchasing Managers). To my surprise, I have not received any email neither have they returned by applicaion package. Have just checked the status of the draft I enclosed and its still OPEN. Have lost hope and am just waiting for my package.

Try to reach CIC on this phone number +16139444000 . But I think CIC is through with 2014 applicants, all successful applicant file have been transfer to their visa office. But you can start the EE process now.
