brize: it's a very fat lie... The soldiers shot for shooting sake... I guess you know better than the eye witness, up to that point there was no shooting as the protest was peaceful ( they had been protesting all day with no shooting you the soilders )but as soon as the clash started they had to step in or you want them to watch while it becomes another ethnic clash |

An eye witness here on nairaland was the first to report it. He said a group of the protesters clashed with some Hausa guys and that was when the police had to start shooting as everywhere became chaotic so the story is true but very poor of them to use wrong pictures. |

Yeske2: I've been anti IPOB but this is actually giving me a rethink kind of Do you know what he did? They have been disturbing other citizens and some of them using the protest to loot or be violent. It's the soilders duty to protect the citizens. If those protesters injured innocent passerby you'll be ones asking what the security forces were looking at |

EUROBOMBER: Okay.
Will the second Niger bridge be built?
Why is the government not interested in building Ibaka seaport in Akwa Ibom?
As for the RRRs what really has the FG done in the east to show its presence?
There is crime everywhere and not just in the east. Your so called brother was there for 6years and did none of that yet his Igbo sycophants were happy because he appointed Igbos as if that has given you people any real development. Blame yourselves |

Politics › Re: Reason Why Nigeria's phenomenal Football Success Doesn't Get Pass Under 17 by Tolatutu: 1:07am On Nov 10, 2015 |
raumdeuter: The truth is that they are way older than 17 they claim.
At that age their suprior physique would make them excel but when other countries catch up physically in their 20s they would stand no chance
Where in Nigerian Messi Stanley Okoro now? Or Crisantus, Or Opabunmi or Ezekiel Bala or Isaac promise or the various stars of the U17 in the past Exactly. Many of them are older than 17, so of course they will dominate now but once the playing field gets leveled and they start playing against their age mates then it's a different ball game all together. |
