I know him well and he has a wonderful heart and I'm sure if this is brought to his attention he will make sure things change. It's simple, many Nigerian women don't know their worth and will take any crap just to be Mrs. In this life you only get what you demand for. Nigerian women have been brain washed to think being a good wife and mother means you must have suffered. Someone asked the other day why when they talk of sweet mother in Nigeria the picture will feature a worn out woman with load on her head, baby on her back while she's holding another toddler and the man will be walking behind her carrying nothing and yet women have been taught that a woman who bears all the domestic burden and now equal financial burden is the epitome of a good wife. Whereas for a white person the picture of a good wife will feature the woman holding a glass of wine , looking carefree while her husband rubs her feet

When Nigerian women learn that suffering does not make you a good wife rather a silly wife they will learn to demand more from the men.

While I want the youngman to be granted bail, the gravity of his alleged offence(according to the state) seem to make releasing on bail "impossible"(in quote). This is not as simple as we may think.

@TonyeBarcanista could you please do a thread helping to explain court order because it's clear that many don't understand. They seem to think that makes him immune to getting charged for another offense. That court order was only relating to those charges brought to that court and in no way stops the DSS from charging him for other offenses which is what they've done. I would love to hear you break it down

This is not the same case the court ordered him to be released? This is a fresh charge and for your info...DSS withdrew all the first charges in preparation to charge in with "treasonable felony" and others...it was on the grounds he was meant to be released unconditionally...

That a court orders ones release based on the case in front of him does not then make that person immune to being charged for another case at a mother court. Legally , DSS is within its rights. I think someone needs to do a post on this technicality to explain because clearly many here are confused

You are supposed to pay income tax regardless of how you earn the income. Now because of the nature of your business they may not notice you for a while but someday when you need to do something that requires you to show prof of tax payment then the trouble comes. In developed countries, except you are unemployed you must surely pay tax no matter the nature of your business. They are supposed to estimate how much you earn monthly

I'll advice her to contact one of the fertility clinics , they can help her get someone or look for an agency that handles such. I remember someone was advertising such an agency recently. It is better to go through professional so she and her husband won't get swindled by the girl. Professionals will make sure they do a background check and the surrogate signs a contact e.t.c to avoid drama
