It's a long response I know sorry. But I wanted to make my point.

Also I would pick a mixture of option of 1,3. In a case of an unrepentant serial cheater. I would leave my husband. But who says I must remain single and celibate? I can date and find a new man who I feel will be able to respect me and the institution of marriage and we can marry. And for you to say keep changing husbands in option 3 is unrealistic. Not all men cheat and obviously the second time around I would take my time choosing a new partner and hope to find one that I am compatible with. One that would not repeat the same mistakes as the first.


You know the options you created are not the only options available and are a little unrealistic. If a woman divorces at pretty young age that doesn't mean she must remain single. Doesn't mean she must remain celibate. Option 3 insinuates that all men are cheaters so she would have to continue divorcing and we know that not all men cheat.

That's the type of "logic" they use to try and scare women into staying with serial cheats but women are wiser now. BEfore it would be no one would marry a divorcees but now we all know thats a big lie, many divorcees will remarry before single women their age sef

I would divorce the cheating goat and wait till i find a decent man. That option does exist, many women have gone on to marry faithful men, i would rather be single for life than stay with a philanderer.

It's a sign of a controlling brother who thinks he has the right to dictate to a grown man who he should marry. After that incidence, Lola still went to Jude's wedding even when Peter didnt go so she did her part. The day of the wedding Agbaya Jude was showing pictures on social media of himself in the studio showing it was a deliberate slight to his brother. Peter is a grown man all she can do is try to make peace but if Jude keeps acting controlling and pissing Peter off what is Lola to do. Stop the culture of always blaming women. This is not about Lola but a big brother who disrespects his younger brother forgetting he's also grown now and he is their employee.

Women have caught up to men , do me i do you man no go vex. The OP said she and the husband have filled for divorce and they are waiting for it to go through. Sometimes divorces take time. That's fine that's your advice, i was just saying its not illegal. I've had friends go through divorces and sometimes they drag on which is why i understand her wanting to start dating, it's already been 2 years and the husband is already dating. If she's met someome she thinks is right for her, i don't blame her for giving it a shot.

@OP, just advise your friend to take her time while dating so she doesn't rush into anything. Since she can't re-marry now it may be good sef since it will allow her time to truly get to know the guy. This time she should pay attention to any red flags without getting paranoid. All the best to her
