T9ksy: Now you are sounding like an ibo man as this is one of the grouse they have against the late sage.So the sage assured ojukwu of his neutrality but what about the pledge ojukwu gave to the old man as in, “I will give you two weeks(to do whatever you need to do) before I declare biafra” which he reneged on, the moment the old man left enugu.

Yes the old man served in Gowon’s govt but no one has ever given him credit for what he did- a young nation like ours involved in a 30months war and never borrowed a penny!
Moreover, on the subject of neutrality, what does it signify to you? Does it include the yorubas sitting on the side-lines as ojukwu turns their homeland into a battlefield between him and his northern foes?
When ojukwu’s biafran babes were dropping bombs in ebutte-meta, Lagos, who do you think he’s trying to liquidate? Abi how many northern soldiers were stationed in that area?

And your last line concerning Oduduwa was quite unnecessary and is the kind of statement I expect from an ibo bigot.
However, we know you are a "detribalise" Yoruba!!!
As usual I did not expect less than I expected from you Mr Oduduwa! Thank you

T9ksy: Ol' boy, a word of advice, please don't hold your breadth as I haven't got the time to rummage

through your various ibocentric posts, jo. At any rate, am not remotely interested in your apology, so what's the

point? I noticed you mentioned your objection at Awo serving in Gowon's cabinet, so what did you expect the late sage

to do? serve under ojukwu and leave yorubaland open for ojukwu's BLF to wreck havoc, on?

Had awo done anything else as opposed to what he did, trust me, we yorubas will be n ow counting the cost of our

human losses, in millions too. Is that what you want for your so-called people and land?

But of course, you are a true son of the soil!!!!
Trust me I am used to psychobabbles and can identify one if I see it, somehow you don't seem to understand the build up that led to the ill-fated war, I thought you want to educate me from a neutral mind, but I understand! So, Pa Awo as a respected Yoruba leader, one who resist the Hausa-Fulani hegemony of his days cannot choose to stay 'neutral' as he assured Ojukwu when they met with Professor Aluko but decided to serve in the cabinet of the Hausa-Fulani led Federal Government as being headed by their puppet, Gowon, did not tell you something fishy! Well, as much as I respect the one and only sage from Yorubaland (whom I am proud of) I still maintained Papa goofed for serving in that cabinet, because eventually they messed him up as usual! Unfortunately, the challenges I tossed at you were waived aside on the ground of rummage, but you can rummage when you want to 'accuse me' hmmmn ***typical***! Thanks for telling me that you are a 'Yoruba tribalist and willing to defend your people' and I hope you can also thank me for telling you that I cannot afford to be more Yoruba than ODUDUWA! cool

Indeed, anyone clamouring for Buhari (somebody Boko Haram appointed as their spokeperson) comeback is worst than a devil! Those APC, CPC and ACN e-thugs here shouting Sai Buhari are bloody monkeys with no brain who might fall under this same treatment soon! What a pity cool
Politics › Re: Jonathan Didn't Contribute A Dime For My Jet - Oritsejafor by tomakint: 10:11pm On May 06, 2013
Pataki: Oritsejafor - arguably one of the greatest philantropist in Nigeria (according to the praise singing report); yet, he needed his church members to donate money to buy him a private jet?! Who does this charlatan think he is fooling?!

Foolish Oritsejafor, please stop lying. The sin of lying is worse than the sin of witchcraft.
Pataki! Pataki!! Pataki!!! You are back again with your psychobabbles judging a man of God on a public forum is just plain silly! undecided
Politics › Re: Yoruba Group Rejects Buhari’s Offer To Step Down For Anyone In APC. by tomakint: 5:42pm On May 06, 2013
T9ksy: To be honest with you, I really do not care to know how you perceive the ibos as that’s your personal prerogative however what I find befuddling and hence why I admitted earlier on, to being a bigot as indicted by you and other ibos here on nl, is the fact that whenever the ibos starts spewing spurious allegations about our past revered leader/s, most especially the late Pa Awo and even making derogatory statements about yorubas in general, I do not see you objecting though you are always quick to jump to their (ibo’s) defence whenever they get their comeuppance, regurgitating the same ibotic mindset, the rest of us have now got accustomed to, on this forum.

Yeah, I know the ibos lost so many men during the war, so what? That's war for you- either you kill or you get killed. Or would you have preferred if it was the yorubas that sustained such casualties in a war they want nothing off nor was of their making? Were they(ibos) not warned not to go to war ? To which their leader retorted that the impasse we found ourselves in at the time, can ONLY be solved on the battlefield and went further to promise his enemies, a BIG surprise?

Just because the ibos suffered heavy casualties in our civil war does not give them the right to come here and try rewriting our history to suit their “victim-mentality” persona.
If you can show me where I did something related to the bolded I am willing to apologize but if not, I expect you to apologize! Get your facts right and stop being an 'accuser' I am a big fan of Chief Awolowo and I have written something to that effect, however just like anyone with his own political leanings I personally frowned at the late sage serving on the Civil war makeshift cabinet of Gowon! I have never been a fan of Chief S.L Akintola because I grew up being tutored and I personally read it also that he betrayed his Superior and even brought the current political divides Yorubas now found themselves in by aligning with Ahmadu Bello at a time the Yorubas needed the votes from the Western Region to combat the supremacy of NNA! Get this straight I am a big fan of Ojukwu because he did what was right for his people at a time they were being maligned by the 'rest of us' another prominent figure I love was Kaduna Nzeogwu! Now, over to you if you can please show me proof of what you accused me of at the bolded, I am willing to apologize, I am waiting cool

T9ksy: Ol' boy, haba, chill now......no need getting your new knickers in a twist, man as am only echoing

what you have just asserted i.e that you are a true born Yoruba man! So, why the threats now?

Yes I admit, am a TRIBALIST as I love my Yoruba people and as for being a bigot, yes guilty as charged, as I was not

brought up to stand akimbo whilst others lampoon my heritage for their warped personal amusement
. As for hating, hell

no. I do not believe in expending that much valuable emotions on nonentities.

Oh btw, no Yoruba son/daughter worth his/her salt will make fun of Oduduwa like you have just done. But then, that's

just my opinion
.
You are the true son of your father, I cannot say more than that, at least I am meeting someone who believes in what he stood for! I belong to the liberal-minded Yorubas and not the typically-bent type, in as much as I respect you for whom you are, I hope you will respect me for my views especially towards the Igbos who have suffered more than any other tribes (even though they have since put that behind them and moved on powerfully) they were the ones who lost 2million souls not we (the Yorubas) and I can't imagine myself coming online to poke fun (like what most of those typically-bent Yorubas here are fond of) at their miseries, they will continue to have my support till eternity, at least I owe my Odogwus in the house that gesture! cool

siobahn: Who told you Word of Life Church members are poor and he doesn't have poor children either so if his numerous children decide to buy him a jet, they can afford it. Let's stop thinking that these men can't afford their luxuries, we do not remember to talk when they give to the poor, we only remember when they are celebrated or appreciated. Same thing will happen to you the day you become rich and decide to reward your hard work with a bit of luxury. People will malign you and will forget when you were suffering. FYI, the poor will always be in your midst. I am not a member of his church but i happen to know that church even while the building was half built years back and i know some of their members (they are not poor)
Too many toddlers on Nairaland, perhaps he was not yet born to know that Pastor Oritsejafor was one of the few Televangelists that rule the nation in the 80s, with the likes of Arch Bishop Benson Idahosa, Pastor T.O Obadare (both of blessed memories) and many others!

This is one of the problems your god (Jonathan) was voted to address. The post shows your double-standard and hypocrisy at the highest level. Deep down in your heart you know Jonathan is not what this country needs with the enormous problem the country is facing but your ethnic and religious bigotry have clouded your sense of reasoning to the extent that you cannot say things the way they truly appear to you.
Even though you lived a cursed life (I am sorry about that but that is just the truth) the post you quoted has no correlation with Jonathan sometimes I wonder what is wrong with you folks (ACN, CPC, APC e-thugs), so na Jonathan go tell your employer how much e go pay you? shocked shocked shocked Kai, real yeye dey smell, o ti funny ju cheesy cheesy
