I did mine Sep 18, but my application status still reads "Your action is required" & bio-metric status hasn't been updated. Although in the applicant information, My biometrics number, date of enrollment and expiry dates are showing. Don't get headache over something you can't control. nnetayo: Anyone else had their biometrics done and profile yet to be updated
Had mine done last week and profile is yet to be updated in spite of the fact that I received an email from VFS that it had been accepted. *hands up and shrugging* emoji |

It should be the date on your BSc certificate. It doesn't matter if your did/didn't evaluate it. I guess you included it in your personal history? Also include a copy in your education placeholder documents. Zeiya: The NOC is 0621 Employment requirements *Completion of secondary school *A university or college diploma or other field related to the product or service being sold
I have Msc which I evaluated alone.
Is it the Bsc or Msc end Date that is required?
I didnt evaluate my Bsc and i got the job after my MSc. |

Is that correct though? Date of highest qualification?
Thought it depends on the employment requirements of your chosen NOC. e.g. my NOC specified completion of a college or other program in Comp science or other. In my case i put completion date of BSc instead of MSc

Coincidentally you're both Olajide..lol. Marijuana affecting your blood and life as you state is not absolutely correct, but that's a discussion for another forum. olajide2428, i don't believe it will. If during the examination the applicant is asked, it's advised to tell the truth. olajide21: Do you smoke Marijuana? If you do stop! If you don't, it won't only affect your blood but your life.
On a flip side, they are not looking for traces of ìgbó, weed, crack, meths etc in your blood. |

Good stuff! Crazy how Writing gets upgraded for a lot of people that request. + i'm surprised your EOR result was sent via email. bayojbbb2002: First attempt -Feb 1st,2018... LRWS (7,7,6,8 ) with BC
I decided to do EOR the following week, and intentionally added speaking in addition to the listening and writing i wanted upgrade for. Alas, the result just came dropped in my box. LRWS (7,7,7,8 ). I will sha collect my 15k back. Thank God i wrote another one today at Classique Event Centre, although it was hmmmmm. Putting all hopes high.
It MUST end in praise. |

I'm feeling so disappointed and vexed!! 1st (11/11/2017): LRWS - (BC) 8.5,7.5,6.5,7.5 EOR received 09/02/2018 (10weeks) - Nothing changed 2nd (07/04/2018): LRWS - (BC) 8.5,8.5,6.5,8 At this point i don't know what i'm doing wrong in writing. During the preparations for my 2nd attempt, I focused on writing, and was quite confident after the exam, i even counted my words and both sections was above the minimum, a mistake i made in 1st attempt. |

Morning All
Please i need help from the NOC gurus and Networking professionals
I'm trying choose the NOC that matches my JD, but a bit confused between 2281 (Computer network technicians) & 2147 (Computer engineers [except software engineers and designers])
My job role summary is: The personnel will primarily be involved in planning, designing, integrating and managing the firm’s enterprise network and communications systems along with its associated hardware and software systems, while ensuring optimum availability, performance and adequate security. He/she also supports business applications, collaborations suites and provides support to network users.
My job description is quite long, but can PM if necessary.
2147 main duties is not very detailed, hence my dilemma, although i feel it focuses on network design and deployment, while 2281 aligns better with network&systems support. Dunno, just need some varied opinion on it.
Thanks |

Amakyzuu: During my ielts reading, I came across 2 passages in had practiced in Cambridge ielts reading test... Overall, please practice and practice and become a master of it... This is very true. Just to add, i found this site's ( https://www.ielts-mentor.com/writing-sample/writing-task-2) sample answers very helpful. Both my Writing Task 1 & 2 questions were somewhat covered in their samples. |

Wow!! Congrats on the improved scores. Please, when did you submit your EOR? Today makes mine exactly 10 weeks, so I've been anxious. Oopsy: I got encouraged here, so I'm also back to encourage another yet again... On IELTS
1st attempt: LRSW - 7.5,8,8,7 2nd attempt: LRSW - 8.5,8,7,6.5
Requested EOR on Speaking and Writing and after 10 weeks, my results came:
LRSW - 8.5,8,8.5,8. CRS did triple long jump from 374 to 424!
Well, when i received the EOR, I started crying (LOL). I really can't say what happens at BC or why it happens, but if you know that you know that you know you did better than what you got (in speaking and writing o), request for a remark. It may take time (10 weeks no be here sha), but at the end, it is worth it.

manlikegb: @Tomiccell, yes it is possible. I've asked this question there before and was told to send an email to an email address given to me. However, since I have sent the email, I have not heard anything from them and I'm hoping they have received and treated it. Anyways, I'm planning to visit their office again to make sure they follow up with the request so I don't get surprised when the exam dates come out. So my advice is, visit their office. Perfect! Thank you so much. Will visit their office tomorrow. |

Quick question house.
I booked my IELTS exam for Saturday 11 November. I have heard that speaking comes about a week before the date you book, in my case which might fall on Saturday 4 November. That Saturday will be an issue for me.
Please is this a given? Or can i speak with British council to schedule my speaking for a weekday during the week of the 11th, or any day after i have written LRW? |

Tomiccell: Guys, It's not all bad news. My failed transactions (352k) from 19 Dec were re-matched on Saturday. And some people have paid. I didn't have to PH the 30% before this. Givers Forum's system logic is terrible and i agree with most that they are truly a scam!! So after my failed transaction was matched, i only received 47k in total, a few hours later noticed the other matched requests had disappeared from my dashboard and the original request now marked as completed. Imagine! Of course support doesn't exist except when they want to fabricate lies. |

I still have other pending GH that hasn't been matched yet. Personally, I will rather wait and get matched to receive payment or forfeit the money than pledge an extra 30%. |

I think it's possible. I know someone who was working as an auditor but studied microbiology, yet had a +ve assessment. Although she had ICAN, so maybe ACCA or ICAN with the right years of experience will give you an edge. Just my thought! ausi4me: Please can someone who has worked as an internal auditor with a b.sc economics have a positive assessment.please has anyone gotten a positive assessment with this degree and occupation.please throw more light on this |

Yes you can. Subclass 476 allows you live and work anywhere in Australia and engage in any type of employment. Dfavouredone: Thanks for your response.
My first question was, is it possible to get an employment as an engineer without EA assessment. I already have a temporary resident working visa (for 18 months), the Skilled Recognise Graduate Visa Subclass 476 which i can use to work before applying for PR. Though i still intends to get EA assessment later and apply for PR.
So, pending when i get a positive EA assessment, can i get employ and work as a engineer? Like i said, i already have a valid working visa for a space of 18 months. |
