This is to inform all concerned persons that the process leading to the collection of NYSC Exclusion Letters for graduands of the 2019 Convocation is on.

Registration starts from 3rd of May --10th of May 2019

Kindly follow the guidelines below:

1)Visit http://portal.nysc.org.ng

2)Scroll to the bottom of the page, Click Check Senate List or its equivalents (http://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc3/VerifySenateLists.aspx) to confirm your details

3)Click on 'Mobilization Batch 'B', 2019'

4)Click on 'Fresh Registration' which will redirect you to the next page (Initiate account Creation)

5)Fill in the required details and Click on 'Continue'

6)Verify your email address by 'Clicking on the URL to confirm and continue with your NYSC account creation/registration

7)Fill in the required details, (Please ignore JAMB Regularization No.), then Click on 'Submit and Continue',

You will be redirected to the Payment Page (choose your preferred payment options)

9)Proceed to make Payment of 10500 as exemption letter fee and registration.

Please be informed that the above information is strictly for graduands of the 8th Convocation Ceremony held in March.

Masters is also 2 semesters provided if you dont have any carryovers that can delay you to 3rd semester.

I applied for msc it , paid via remita, filled the application form and have gotten my online admission letter. My admission no is for 2019 session, however I got an info that I cannot register till June. This is contrary to the information I got b4 I applied. I was told you join any session you apply.

Please someone here should tell me how it works. I dont want to be like the guy that missed his exam.

Quick information to some of you here, l have met several Nigerians here in the Western world that came with degree certificate from NOUN and the certificate is well recognized, many are pursuing post graduate studies in different Universities across the globe.

I was in Hamburg last year for vacation from my base and I met a Nigerian student doing his post graduate studies in a university in Germany, but when I login into Nairaland.com, I see people posting negative reviews about the school. if Germany can accept the degree certificate from NOUN, I wonder why some Nigerians are talking about the school with disdain,

We have several OPEN UNIVERSITIES in the US, CANADA, UK that operates like NOUN and they are well respected. NOUN is a good school, and I know with time, it's impact will go beyond Nigeria, Africa to the rest of the world.

Update on the closure of TMA 1


Students should write a "Letter of complaint" outlining the problem about the closure of TMA1 to the Director (Academic) through this e-mail academicoffice@noun.edu.ng and to the registrar also through this e-mail Address registrar@noun.edu.ng respectively...
Students should also complain about how the school website could not accommodate the number of students that want to submit their TMA1 at once during the time that was given, thereby leading to congestion on the school website for more than one week that deny many students of submitting their tma1.

Student of VI study centre with matric no NOU12... Faculty of social sciences and dpt. Of criminology.

I have just returned from the Lagos study centre, Victoria Island, and examination slip stamping has not started. At least that was what I was told. I may check back on Wednesday to see how things will be, but I think it is likely to commence next week Monday. Just my thought.
