I had already sent the funds from my fiverr acct to a new email I created as I was made to understand that one shouldn't use registered PayPal acct to avoid problem.

The email I created and sent the funds to isn't linked to any PayPal acct.

So, I now want to send the funds to that my friend PayPal acct. What would be my next step.

When I transferred the funds to my own newly created email account on fiverr. Attached is the mail thats sent to me.

So, what I intend doing next is to get the funds transferred to that my friend PayPal acct. How do I go from where I am.

Is it genuine and possible to accept payment outside upwork after interview? I submitted proposal and this guy invited me for interview through Skype. As we reach agreement on the job, he told me that they pay weekly and it's through either skrill, PayPal , payoneer or direct transfer. That I should specify which one.
But I insisted that the payment should be through upwork and should go ahead to hire me from there. I sense foul play.

Am I right?

So what happens is that sometimes they have to do a manual verification if you have a long name which may take lot of time, depending on how they prioritize stuffs at USCIS. You can send me a message, but you'll need to call them on 1 (800) 375-5283, go through the options applicable to your case. You would ask to speak to a representative and explain your case and why you would need it taken care of as soon as possible. No 100% guarantee, but I've seen quite a few people get lucky with it.

relax, you'll get it. I also faced thesame when I came here. Wait one more week. It takes about 4 weeks if your name does not appear in the terrorist watch list... lol.

I know he didn't leave based on his education but via family immigration, but isn't there a way for him to have delayed the trip and then honor the immigration after school! I don't know about US but the family of classmate of mine relocated to Sweden when when we were in 200L..he decline the IV with the hope of joining his family after school. I don't know if that works in the USA though.
then for the medical college fee, Ma'am to the best of my knowledge, weda you are a citizen or PR, the cost of medical school in USA isn't child's play. Most Citizen and PR of US afford medical school using Student loans.
lastly about the Dentist, I know America don't recongnize Dental degrees from Nigeria, we have to do a 2 years bridging program where we pay over $250k to get an American License BUT believe you me, there are other ways of going about the license.
The alternate method is more difficult though but people use it to escape the $250k fee.
from my research, you can also get a loan to offset the fee
