NB: CEO or MD works with the management of the agency and reports to the govering board of directors headed by the chairman of the board.

Remember most of them have been granted waiver, only funding is delaying some.. Different organizations has their 2023 budget already nw.. So, change of government would not affect anything except if the new administration decide to change the heads of some agencies, and I trust Tinubu, he won't tamper with what Buhari/Osinbajo has done by changing them.. The only person that will surely go is the CBN governor. 😁

Recruitment is when a public advertisement is made public about the recruitment. The advertisement usually last 6weeks according to law. Approval has to be given from federal character. Test and interview will be conducted in present of federal character representatives before appointment letter will be issued.

Replace also requires approval from federal character but no advertisement is made, slot are usually shared among directors, board members, departmental heads etc.
No interview, no test is usually conducted. The appointment letter will be given to the directors then they will in turn hand over to their candidates, agencies don’t contact you to pick up your appointment letter because it’s CODDEAND SECRETIVE, staff don’t usually know about it.
