This is likely the unseen benefits of the BVAS

What has been happening before in this country

INEC may have failed in the uploading of result into the iREV. But I want to applaud them for the BVAS (Bimodal Voters Accreditation System). It fixed a few problems.

1) All those that registered more than once were automatically removed completely from the voter register. So you see people with their PVC's but couldn't find their names in either the manual voter register or the BVAS and so, they can't vote.

2) Many under-aged voters were deleted completely from the voter register, and so they couldn't vote this time around.

Below is the results from the last two circles.
KATSINA (of course, it's one of the dreaded KKK states).
2015 : APC 1,345,441
2019: APC 1,232,133

But what just happened in this election (2023) is shocking.
Even if you combine the result of the APC and PDP, you can't get what APC got in 2015 or 2019.
