State the relationship you have with your sponsor and he should swear an affidavit that he would sponsor you too. |

I have a question. Can someone who has ever overstayed his/her visa in another country before immigrate to Canada? My friend once lived in the UK and overstayed her visa because she was trying to process her new born baby’s passport. She lived in the UK illegally for like 2 months and now she wants to immigrate to Canada. She has been a caregiver for 2 years. |

Wondakid56: Bro before you travel again try to visit a country if your passport is virgin, also your course doesn’t tally ( mass com and global hospital management? ) you should search for another course more similar to yours. Home tile too. If you’re an OBO get your parents to transfer one of their properties to your name, also make sure your SOP is done. Think ahead... give the VO reasons to believe you’ll definitely come back |

GurlyGift21:Your reference letter from employer will reflect your duty in the role you were occupying. If it doesn’t tally with the noc code you might have to wait for 5 years |

MissMa01:The express entry system is strict. They might feel you lied and ban you. It’s only study permit that can grant you a denial instead. Express entry = bam |

Yes it does. If you pick the wrong NOC code you could get banned from applying to Canada for 5 years Sandy10: |

Hello Nairaland landers I have been able to save about 16kCAD which i believe can fund my tuition fee for a PG.c my parents will also assist with some cash (not much) when applying. My only problem now is sponsor. I have a very rich uncle but we are not so close and i don’t know if he will be able to stand as sponsor considering all those documents IRCC needs when it comes to assets. |

Bro you sef f*ck up nah. They said large deposit from unknown source. Meaning a huge amount entered your account at once. You should have written a letter showing them who the funds came from or you should have been patient to build your account for 6 months before applying. I think 7.2 million is okay and Canada doesn’t deny visa because you have no travel history. If you have a travel history it’s okay but it’s not because you don’t have at all it’s weird. All boils down to the huge funds that was credited to your account. Onweke: |
