EJEGBULEJE: If you r not a fool,u will know that once it comes to incident like this, the first place that came to mind is UYO, Calabar axis, how many times u hear child beaten to death over witchcraft in the North??
That's why I'm trying to create the awareness by pointing out the quagmire of attending Nigerian universities these days, but some people like you are bent on continuing with the status quo
A system that is not working is not working
Managing it, will only postpone the Dday, which must surely come!
But what type of education do you expect like what is obtainable in so many Nigerian "higher institutions' today when a semester that is supposed to last for at least 12 good weeks is rushed and completed under 4 - 6 weeks?
things are not working here as it ought to. It is known. It's either you manage here or you japa
haybhi1: Lol, UCH get MRI? How many top teaching hospitals get am for Naija? MRI is an expensive diagnostic equipment. Our SR was telling us it costs about ₦2B to own one. People who can fix or produce it are rich automatically, these are stuff you should learn.
It's also a business idea that you buy this thing and put it in top teaching hospitals, if you're rich. A single diagnosis, using it goes for nothing less than 80k, and it's one of the unavoidable medical tools.
Thank me later.Honourable man, teaching hospitals cannot afford it—especially according to their CMDs. UI, UITH, ABUTH have all come out to state how much—multimillions—they're owing PHCN, let alone putting this in place. From the running of UITH in particular, they can't afford it. Among other things is the fact that patients don't pay as much in the public hospitals as they do in private hospitals. That's gives access to limited resources.
However, private partnership obtains. As an individual, you talk to them, they give you a space, you build a center, with a manager, and you buy the machine, and you make your dough.
the politicians don't the people at heart.
One man can steal 80bn , but you said 2bn is too much for health.
bluefilm: It's amazing the large number of our youths who want to go and waste four or five years of their lives all in the name of attending a university and acquiring a useless knowledge in the process...
What a pity
it's not totally a waste. From other point of view.
Education is good. If one can afford it, go for it.
frndfghtr: At the time, he said he did not even have the funds to build that kind of house, "it took three to four years before God blessed me with the money to be able to build this."
He disclosed further that being someone who loves staying indoors, he had to build a house that will cater for all his needs without him having to step out often.
The house, christened Ighalo Residence, is located in the suburbs of Lekki, south-east of Lagos, with the striker having lived in it since 2020 when he officially opened it.
The first time he posted snippets of the facility was in 2022 when he posted a clip of the mansion.
It has among others, a swimming pool, sauna, football pitch and basketball court among the
"Project supervisor, thank you my one and only supervisor. The project is ok, thank you mama you did a very good job, just see the floor. Any other supervisor is fake," said Ighalo praising his mother in the Instagram post.
athaboi: which money?? Do you know how much they pay market operators? They pay 100% every month before they could be given another megawatts for the new month! It is in billions and they are not allowed to owe and they still don't meet up
Do you know how much me alone pays for power monthly?
athaboi: 🤣🤣🤣 Which governor's? The ones that can you salary? So you know how much it takes to invest, maintain and upgrade electricity? Eventide na distribution alone? Some Discos are owing billions and can't pay market operators! No reasonable investor will put his money inside. All of them are not making profit
That means somebody or some people are stealing the money. With the kind of money these people are generating?
JoeEeL: Sometimes I wonder whether people are still truly chelsea fans and how they do it.
Their team is the most senseless team Ive seen in a while with jokes of footballers like Jackson, Chilwell, Murdryk, severely overrated Palmer and a traumatised Enzo.
Need I mention the black boys with questionable dreads too?
same here. It's people that don't like change, or people that don't know the meaning of "change is constant" that will still be a die hard Chelsea fan outside the UK.
