Cashmadam:My wife is the student and I’m the dependent. My employer has sent my COS, under the new entrant condition ( working toward being chartered in profession). I earn above the new minimum salary but below standard going rate of my job code. Just want to confirm because you’ve responded to someone saying the new entrant is not applicable to dependents. |

My current student dependent visa expires this month. I’ll be applying for a skilled worker visa under the new entrant( working towards being chartered option). Been given 3 years, does the time already spent on my current visa count towards the maximum 4 years condition for new entrant ? |

Hi all, Please I want to ask, my mom just got 6 months visa. To help with the children, 1 month stay indicated on application though. Is she allowed to stay through the six months? What is the maximum period she can stay without violating any rules ? |

Hi all, my mom got a 6 month visa to attend my graduation this month. Although the main reason is for her to help with the children so my wife can work. I stated in her application that she’ll be staying for a month. Is it okay for her to stay longer than 1 month? |

Advice needed please. I recently got offers from Hull (11k), Greenwich (15k) and Middlesex (15k) for January. A relative in London has offered to accommodate me for the duration of my program. Greenwich and Middlesex both in London require 9k and 8k respectively before issuance of CAS while Hull requires 4k. Is it possible to live in London and school in Hull ? |
