edupedia:was it not from social media that APC pushed their lies and propaganda from to win the election? |
and they are being ordered by the court to grill Oshiomole. |
magoo10:atiku being a business man may likely push for restructuring. he has most of his investment in the southern part of the country. the only hurdle to restructuring now is the legislature. its not something the president can wake up to declare. |
i don't know why igbos are hustling for the post of vice president. a ceremonial position? they should be engaging in dialogues that will open up the zone for developments and not a position that has no influence. |
they're still talking about tramadol when guys have turned to lacassera and tom tom for highness. are they going to ban the two items too? |
i always say that owing salaries is not because there's no money to pay salaries but because the governors are just plain wicked. they keep borrowing money plus monthly allocation and the bail out funds, so, why did they not pay salaries? the states have more than enough money to pay even 100k a month, but if they do, they won't have enough to steal. |
BIAFRONIGERIAN:You're right... I heard Oshiomhole saying that They're waiting for the outcome of the PDP's primaries and if a former governor emerges, they will use that as a campaign tool. Check what he did when he was a governor for 8 years. Unfortunately for them, Atiku is not a n ex governor |
The problem of states owing workers salary has nothing to do with no money. It's just wickedness on the part of the governors. Some received bail out finds and still refused to pay. If we have sincere leaders, they can even pay 100k a month when they stop inflating contract sums, wasting money bon frivolous things. |
slowie:unanimous in their decision by intimidation? i'm sure you saw the video where a ward chairman was saying that nobody will be allowed to vote for Ambode? i guess that's what you called unanimous |
SarakiBukola:must you write something? some of you you always want to sound relevant by dragging igbos in all your comments. 90% of the people who reacted to the tweets are mostly yorubas. so, direct your anger to them |
governors will complain they can't pay but they have enough money to steal. |
Xaos:really? a man in my neighbourhood who repairs generators had his shop burgled and all the generators (people's generators) were stolen. he went to the police station to report the matter, the police asked his to pay 10k for statement and 40k for investigation. the guy kuku left the station and their statement and investigation. |
i didnt know that WAEC can be this proactive. but till date, they've not been able to tell us about BUHARI's result. |
please, tell us how much you were earning before you were appointed SGF not what you are earning after you were sacked |
AtikuNetwork:first, Atiku is not the only aspirant talking abt restructuring. secondly, he stated the obvious truth. no president can single handedly restructure the country without altering the constitution. or the president will just make a declaration that the country has been restructured? so, the person will be able to cause the majority of the legislature to be on his side. thats just what saraki is saying. |
according to the irredeemable zombies, thats the handwork of idiotic pig of biafra. |
katchagboro:maybe as you are commenting now, you dnt have job to do abi |
achi4u:I don't know the op. But he's trying to set the records straight. Truth be told, you know how other Igbos regard Abakaliki man with disdain. And most times, I don't blame them because the problem is the state of Nigeria that abolished history in schools. I once had a friend I met and we were talking very well until one day, she asked me where I'm from, I told him her Afikpo...she said, so, ibu nwa Abakaliki? That's was it. She stopped talking to me. Like play, she blocked me from Facebook. An average Igbo person will call anyone from Ebonyi state nwa Abakaliki. In imo state, an mbaise man is so proud of village that he won't accept telling him nwa Owerri. Talking about language, there are certain dialects in Anambra that even people from other side of Anambra do not understand. |
Most times, I see some Anambra people as lacking knowledge. Someone from Nnewi will be very proud to tell you he's from Nnewi and not Awka and so on. I once told someone that I'm from Afikpo, he said so, ibu nwa Abakaliki? I was like I don't understand... I asked him where he's from, he said amichi. I asked him why he can't call himself nwa Awka, he said, I can't be from Awka Na.... I'm from Nnewi. Afikpo was in imo State until the creation of Abia State in 1991 and then from Abia State to Ebonyi state in 1996. Abakaliki is the administrative headquarters of Ebonyi state. That doesn't mean that every body from the politically arranged geography is from that administrative headquarters. This does not mean that Afikpo people are degrading Abakaliki people NO. They are Abakaliki and Afikpo is Afikpo. An Afikpo man can not leave his identity to bear another man's identity. Op stop wasting your time dragging this issues. Even people from same Anambra State, some areas will tell you they can't marry from certain areas in Anambra that they will prefer marrying from outside Anambra. |
please, remind me if GEJ constructed any road in kastina state |
sarrki:in those regions you mentioned, i am sure that you are aware that they are igbos and people from south south living in those areas. |
PMBtill2023:so which do you prefer? that the stolen money be stashed away in foreign banks or buried underground? you're fighting corruption yet you are not recovering anything. you guys are always in a hurry to abuse without any idea. please read again.... that the looters be giving amnesty even to return 70% or be allowed to re invest the money in the country |
most people here lack basic comprehension. well, he said that IF he wish to continue contesting for the senate of his senatorial zone, he will continue because his people will always vote for him because of what he has done for his people. he's done well for his people and will continue to do that. so why won't his people keep voting for him? |
vedaxcool:please, go to his constituency, when you return, you compare what he has done there with what your governor has done your on area. |
18. Don't spam the forum by advertising in the wrong places or posting the same content many times. this is nairaland rule number 18 and its being violated in almost every post in the comments sections. it that the work of the admin here is to just push new topics to front page? |
abeg show us theresa may pictures in nigeria let's compare |
so who's to be blamed? the anambra state government refused allocating land for their expansion so they have to go look for where to get it from. its their business. no sentiments should be attached to it. the government that knew the importance of having such facility within their domain wasted no time in allocating massive expanse of land to them. |
Butterflyleo:oga stop disgracing yourself here na? if you dont know anything, just keep quiet? so its in Buhari's regime that the construction of the egina floating construction storage was awarded, started? |
Butterflyleo:wetin concern buhari with the project? |
so locking someone up without trial is the national interest? why not take the person to court and let the court do their job? how long do you intend to keep the person locked up? maybe after your tenure i suppose? |
i don't support APC and will never. but it will be unfair to say the federal government have not done anything in south east. apart from the obigbo section of the enugu port harcourt road that is terribly bad, every other section is very ok. before, from umuahia tower to okigwe, the two dual carriage were death traps, but now, you can drive with your eyes closed. |
