Kaylet: Many were injured you said? And lives were not taken?
Like I don't get you.
People who live around said lives were taken:
Why was the CCTV taken away? Why was light interrupted?
I saw the news of Iroaya Godwin, he said the cousin bears same name, Iroaya Godwin, with him who got injured in Auchi.
Did you see the protest that took place in other countries? Where they molested or assaulted?
Did you listen to the Mr Macaroni and Ebuka's prog on channels?
Let's look for way forward. Some people only hear go. Some are out for destruction out of frustration.
They're not born that way.
Everything to make Nigeria better than UAE, UK, Singapore, Canada and co are at our disposal.,
But My friend, I pray a better Nigeria as much as you do.I had criticized the government on their myopic way of handling issues. We are all angry cos we should be better than what we are now. People were shot,no doubt about that and that was condemnable. On no account should the armed forces use live ammunition on peaceful protesters. How can you claim 50 people died and no one can pin point the name of any of the victims? I just want the struggle that involve my participation to be based on truth, not propaganda. |

Nato008: yeah u have a point....but then it is just begs the question.....who ordered the soldiers there and what really happened...the governor is saying another thing the military is saying another... Young man ,I condemn the shooting. No sane man will support the use of live ammunition on peaceful protesters. But let's do some little sensing,as we all know this protest has gained a lot of support globally, what do you think will be the faith of the struggle if they find out we are using fake news to gain sympathy? |

Chidecmail: (You must be very wicked, you heard from a reliable source?) are you telling world that the live video on facebook that night when protests were being mold down was fake ?. Now I know why the devil is a black man If you like you can cry the whole world, the fact remains that there was no live lost. You claimed lives were lost in Lekki, yet you cannot pin point one particular name of the victim. |

Eriokanmi: reliable source like your sanwoolu the liar abi? The protesters are learned, educated and courteous. You may just go there tomorrow and ask them. You could hear from the horses mouth.
But why have you dodged the fact that:
Soldiers invaded the place Soldiers shot at protesters Cctv was turned off Street Light was turned off
Any rationale behind the above pls?
Did the protesters shot at, have what is called ayeta( local bullet repellant) that none of those bullets shot hit them?
You sef. I suspect you're one of the paid damage controllers. Continue An eye witness sent the videos of aftermath of the shootings. |
Crime › Re: Man Dismisses Report Of Him Being Killed By Soldiers (Video) by tooth4tooth: 9:51pm On Oct 21, 2020 |
Eriokanmi: may the souls of those who died rest in peace. People died, but they're heroes and heroine. There's no fake news everywhere, soldiers were seen opening fire at peaceful protesters. We could hear their voice...they're killing us, they're shooting at us. The place was quite dark while shooting was going on as seen in the viral glaring , video . The fact that the whole place was dark was enough to raise a suspicion that some people not seen by friends may have died. I heard the news from a reliable source that nobody died but many were injured. Fake news cannot help the struggle |

What started as peaceful and sweet protest is being sabotaged by hoodlums disguising as protesters. So the whole protest is becoming stale. See what is happening in Edo state. They are breaking jail and releasing criminals into the society I will advise all genuine protesters to back out of the protest. It is becoming annoying |

I don't expect anything less. Their governor is a pro SARS protester now. Later he will be all over the place that his people are being murdered by herdsmen.
Look at that fool wielding a rifle at innocent civilians. His types run with their tail between their legs when they encounter real criminals

Mires: Agreed with you on head count. In the same vein, you are also being subjective with your question quoting numbers . None of us not even the players can ascertain whether they were more or less. You and I know that such political prostitutes are never plenty but only popular. The same way they decamped in Edo but Obaseki still won |

streetsoldier1: Read the statement again, this time slowly, you will see where he said, some supporters pulled out from zlp and returned to APC. If he wasn't greedy enough and aligned with jegede, they would have wrestled power from aketi. Greediness killed jegede and ajayi You are the one that did not digest my post properly.Pray tell, did he take the head count of the electorates that returned to APC? Taking us back to Edo Election, with all the people that left Obaseki camp, how has that affected the outcome of the election? |
Politics › Re: Zacheaus Akinlose: Jegede, Ajayi Deserve Blame For Akeredolu’s Massive Victory by tooth4tooth: 12:06pm On Oct 12, 2020 |
Mires: It doesn't go as you pointed out. Read his statement in between the line. He said some of Ajayi's supporters who left APC to ZLP returned back to APC and voted APC upon realisation that the duo of Ajayi and Tayo could not form alliance.
The only subjectivity in his submission is him expecting Tayo to have given way for Ajayi.
My take, Tayo would hwve accepted Ajayi as a running mate. However, Tayo for saw the trouble Ajayi will give him since to Tayo, Ajayii wanted to be Governor and not Deputy Governor. I read and consummate every bit of his statement. The logic doesn't always work that way. My question is ,did he take the head count of the supporters that returned to APC? Are they up to 30 thousand less ? |

I don't agree with this ZLP chieftain. When you sum up Jegede and Ajayi votes still can't jettison Akeredolu's victory. |
