Family › Re: Her Husband Is Forcing Her To Have A Caesarian Section! by tope5000: 1:47am On May 11, 2009 |
malaika: I didn't know whether to post this under the Health section but I think it's more of a Family issue. Anyway here goes
A friend of mine is now about 36 weeks pregnant and is due for a natural delivery in about 4 weeks' time if everything goes well. Recently her Mother in Law's health took a turn for the worse, in fact she's terminally ill and can kick the bucket anytime. Now her husband is insisting that my friend book for an immediate ceasarian section and get the baby out so that his mother (her mother in law) can meet the child before she dies. He wants his mother to have as much time with her grandchild as possible before she dies, I suspect this is the mother in law's idea and she's the one insisting but my friend's husband seems to agree as well. He is very close to his mother and is emotional about her impending death. My friend does not want to have a c-section unless its absolutely necessary, for obvious reasons, a c-section is major abdominal surgery and my friend's pregnancy is not complicated and she was looking forward to giving birth to her first child naturally. Also, having a c-section might mean that all other babies she will have will have to be delivered by c-section. This is causing a lot of tension in the marriage, the husband is telling her to stop thinking about herself for once, he says the baby/babies will be fine with either birth method and she also will recover fully, but his mother is dying and she must think about that.
I don't know how to advise her, because it seems that any decision she makes will have a lasting impact on her marriage, either for the good or for the worst. Any suggestions? This had better be a joke o. . . . . . . pls tell me u r kidding? |

~Sauron~: Wayo for me?? Not a chance!!! Just saying in the grand scheme of things that cash is the ultimate schitzo with Naija women. Forget the stares, thighs rubbing or nipples puckering. . . . . . Not all naija women date guys for money . . . if she has her own But if married then that is a different case Blushing? I am sure Stephen and your other e-boy/fs cannot see you blush. So how does he read your body language that you are into him? Sharap dia . . . . . who is talking abt e-bfs . . . . . . pffssssssssssss I am talking real life here, my friend |

~Sauron~: How? What ways? By expecting a man to take you to West End and burn his credit card? Who did wayo for u? I dont know what experience u've had but i dont think any girl wud want to prove she is into u by tellin u to take her shopping If i am into a guy I wil laugh at every joke he makes even if it’s a crappy one. I will be blushing when I see him . . . . .etc |
