As much as we know, the state Government account is tantamount Ortom's personal bank account. Afterall, he doesn't pay his worker's salary nor pay to improve the security of his village talk more of his LGA or entire state.

But soon he will come to insult the President in faraway Abuja and then divert the people's attention from the unpaid suffering workers.

Speaking from experience as someone who worked in the medical field and having mingled with the worst streets has to offer.

Lack of a father figure is always a factor as this gives room to females been easily influenced into doing drugs. When men don't take control of their homes to rule in wisdom and strength, their daughters become the experimentations of other men. You can imagine drugs like Ice, Gbana, Banku, Crack being taken by beautiful youths of the society only to drop low into the depths of hell just to get money to buy more fix, tell me what they wouldn't do just do get more.
I have a younger sister whom i taught all the evil this world as to offer so when guys and ladies try to entice her with vices, she tells them there's nothing her older brother hasn't opened her eyes to, in cases like my sis, it would be hard to be thrown off course by anyone. Sadly this is something parents neglect to teach the young and end loosing their kids to vices that'll give them heart attack when they eventaually find out.

Speaking from experience righy now, i have a female junkie who is into drugs like mad, shes older than me, initially had 3 cars and worked for in a goverment house years back but lost everything due to drugs and left abuja to Lagos. I met her in lagos some months back and opened my eyes in shock, this is someone her elder brother is a prince of a state in Nigeria, now wallowing in drugs. I tried to help rehabilitate her from using drugs but she only wanted my dick game. I eventually regretted trying to help her rehabilitate cause she sold my phone after that i washed my hand from trying to save her cause even me sef need saving. Fast foward to date she still does drugs and whenever she wants Bleep, she calls me and she's always on standby should i want Bleep.
A word of advise, avoid the contagious especially if is she doesnt want to change cause her junkie behaviour would drag him down just because he felt like a knight in shining amour.
