The successful candidate will have experience with:

Responding to public and staff questions relating to information on agency operations and functions
Providing general information about agency services and operations
Scheduling conference calls and bridges through the Avaya Aura system

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience as telephone support, call center, receptionist, or related work
OND/HND OR RECENT BSC. GRADUATE
Excellent customer service skills

Excellent proven written and verbal communication skills
MS Windows 7; MS Office 20

For 2000 and older vehicles:

You will have to remove the radio to copy the serial number and reference number.
