I think all guiders should teach their down lines the ideology of MMM. Introducing pause mode for the stated periods is for participants good. Banks will not open during these periods which means many people won't have access to provide help if required. north east : 6 states
total is 13

2/3 of 36 is 24.
36 - 13 is 23

so even if the whole south unite the best you can do is force a run off.

But we know what will happen.
The north will clear the north west and north east, win a lot of north central and some big heads from the south west will still vote for them. So they will win.
