I think some people just gets some buzz by finding nothing good in anything introduced in Nigeria, just like Ajara said, no matter what you do, a few Nigerians will find something to criticise it as if criticising it is the only way to make a success out of it? What I know is that, most of these people who criticise are actually sore that at least something good is being done in Nigeria, but in their mind, they just have to pull uit down by making iuuses out of nothing. It is realy a sad thing for you as a "Nigerian" to stay far far away and speak ill of what you havent experienced and to put it down as if the people who sat down to put the project on ground havent thought about such issues being raised, or, how can you think you are the brightest star out there who knows what will and what will not work in Nigeria? And by the time things works, you will be the first to rip out your eyes in annoyance that it works and fry it for breakfast.

people always have this feeling, anything negative you write about Naija, you must necessarily beleive it or else, they start raining curses on you and calling you names. Mr Sahara Reports is known to be a biased reporter, it is not necessary for everyone to beleive what he writes or even agrees to the same opinion as he has, in this report, that is entirely personal, and just like you beleive, if two or more teachers marks an exam, not all of them will score the student the same way, how can you score the man minus 100% in all the subjects offered? It is only biased teachers that scores student such ways. Think Nigerians, think, we are more inteligent than to allow a few politicised journalist to force rubbish down our throat.

So why do the same people say that the Lagos/Kano rail line and the PH/Maidiguri rail line are elephant projects that wont benefit anyone?

Ibadan, Akure, Benin, Warri, and Ilorin airports were not viable in the past. But of recent Ibadan and all these other towns airport has a new lease of life.

Because the Federal Capital has been moved to Abuja which is a good 450 miles from Ibadan, it has become necessary for people to take a flight to Abuja rather than travel on those precarious roads in Nigeria. When the seat of goverment was in Lagos it does not make sense taking a flight from Ibadan to Lagos. Having said that,  the Ibadan - Abuja route seems to be the only viable route. Same goes for Akure and Ilorin. Benin and Warri due to other factors there have been an increase of flights from lagos to Benin and Warri because of the deplorable state of the Ore - Benin expressway. Obviously the Benin - Abuja route is also viable so is the Warri - Abuja route. Abuja has become a magnet and a hub not only in Nigeria but also in Africa.

You are right - The Benin Airport is also viable because people travelling to Asaba find it easier jetting to Benin and then doing the rest by road to asaba - I have done this b4.

Some people are realy buffons - I simply mean I have seen people getting transported in the rubbish van from one spot to the other. You can make a mockery of what i have said without thinking deeply about what it means - hahaha - fools everywhere.

waste of tax payers money, an estate that will be sold to the elite, the rich and the powerful, how will it benefit the poor and the homeless? Since Jakande built the estates around Lagos, noone else have done anything near that in sincerity. How many homeless people right now will think of ever residing in any of the properties in his/her life time? Whats all the fanfare about? Jakande constructed 8 of those big estates without any fanfare, he almost built the Metroline until never do wells came and stop the project, so, what is the big deal now?
