Do these goons know how much an average American business man in Nigeria takes out of Nigeria to America yearly? Do you know how much the Chinese, Indians, South Africans make from Nigeria and send back to their home country daily? From the way the diasporic people play down on their country and speak ill about her while they praise where they abode, why wont cases like this continue to happen? Until the diasporic people shut there mouth and speak the truth that life is not easy as well over there, then young people will strive to make it where ever they find themselves.

Just my usual morning cuppa in Transcorp, and lo and behold, i saw a meeting hall for Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation, my first reaction was like, hey, NairaLand is here in full force, so, i finished my cuppa, refreshed and ready for a battle with the NIDs, i was loking forward to bashings and more bashings- but, to my surprise, these set of Diasporans were of a different breed, these ones are far far different from the ones daily on NairaLand- they are comported, likeable, optimistc, they have a message about the Nigeria of their dream, quite a far cry from the way the NairaLand NIDs carry themselves- they never see a doomed nation, they never see a failed nation, they had a a diffferent view entirely from the NairaLand folk - why cant these people join the NID organisation, me thinks it is going to be better.

Come to Abuja, the place to be - or make it to PH, Calabar, Kano, or Kaduna - if you go to your village, God help you.

Looks to me like NairaLand packs the best of people who have the solution to the problems of Nigeria- how great this is. But, lets say you become President today, please let us know how you intend to solve the following problems:

Transportation

Electricity

Education

Economy

Foreign Relations

Crime

Health Sector

Defence

Corruption

Electioneering

etc.
