Itachi can never be overhyped...he's good but i don't believe he's as smart as Minato

I really don't know why we drag this, Itachi is great, really great BUT he can't defeat Pain, Pain is a god and very few people can solo him. Itachi is a genius but he doesn't have the material capacity to solo Pain.

Sentimentally, I really like Itachi more than Pain....

Well there's no rule forbidding you from checking previous pages is there? You say "stealth" as if you're talking about a soldier...this people deal more with scent and chakra sensing and mostly not by sight...

Jiraiya infiltrated the land of rain and Pain knew without even seeing the infiltrator...the akatsuki never goes wherever they want with a bang, powerful shinobis don't need stealth mode for infiltration

1st of al, kisame is a wondaful fighter wia water is present and if d place has water i.e d ocean or sea, kisame has an advantage.


2ndly kisame has a shark jutsu dat sucks chakra 2,nt jst sameheda. D jutsu sucks d chakra of d opponents jutsu and gets stronger. If dat jutsu hits Pain's summons, dos summons r gone.


3rdly, kisame is more intelligent dan u tink, he bypassd al d Hidden Cloud's security 2 get 2 where Bee and Naruto were 2 be hidden,via sameheda, b4 dat he almost took out Bee, dats no easy fit 4 sm1 witout doujutsu.


If zetsu is available, then Pain may be in trouble cos kisame wil swap places wit Zetsu and wil spring attack when Pain is weakend.

All in all, Pain wil stil win,bt it aint dat easy

Only very few people can solo Pain and Kisame aint one of them..first of Kisame only gets stronger depending on the volume of chakra he zaps from his opponent and he has no avenue of zapping Pain's chakra cos Pain's chakra zapping prowess far surpasses Kisame's samehada cos he uses Rinnegan...

And how's he gonna use his water based jutsus when Pain keeps sucking them up?

Kisame is intelligent on the average and Pain aint dumb either so Kisame's intelligence counteth not..

tayoccu: You guys over hype itachi, Itachi is good no doubt but pein is better. Itachi has to last long enough to find pein's weakness, and believe me that is no mean task. We're looking @ 3-6 s-ranked opponents @ the same time, each with its own unique ability, and I haven't factored the re-spawning into the mix.

About the genjutsu pein fell for, remember it was sound based (the second we've seen in narutoverse), and it was cast by 2 users, so its a genjutsu above what Itachi can cast without his sharingan.

Are you sure you wanted to say overhype? Itachi can never be over hyped men, that dude is a beast intellectually, Pain is most likely gonna win cos of his rinnegan and chakra which allows him access to unlimited jutsus but if Itachi has Kisame beside him..Pain is a goner..

All Kisame needs from Pain is one "Almighty push and his samehada will be seperated from him rendering him useless that's if he doesn't die from the almighty push

But I believe Kisame alongside Itachi can take on Pain and will win cos they have full knowledge of his abilities while he does not
