The advert did not ask you to pay any money on line. It says come to the school at MOWE in OGUN STATE with all or part of your fees, along with 4 passport photographs and your O'Level results and pay in the school and join the other students in the lecture room.
If it were to be a fraud, they would not have asked you to come to the school and pay. At least, if you get to the school, you will see the place, you will see the hostels, you will see the IJMB Advanced Level students who came from different parts of Nigeria, receiving lectures in the classrooms etc.
