Hello everyone,
As a lady, we all know the importance of hygience, there are some parts of the body that needs extra care and if left unattended too gives room for infections eg the vagina.
I had a very heated argument with a colleague on the need to steam the vagina ...my own belief is after menstruation or childbirth...a woman needs to steam the vaginal so that d remaining blood clots in the system can be completely removed but hers is quite different from mine....she believes the vaginal is self cleansing and steaming can alter the ph balance of the vagina.
Vaginal steaming is just sitting over a hot bowl of water containing herbs for some minutes
what do you guys think about this....

Here are some of the reasons you should stay in a room self contain
1. First few years of marriage is meant for the couple to bond.Time to know your partner well, when kids statrt coming, the attention and affection begins to shift so you need that time. Extra space calls for excesses from visitors who begin to find faults in the partner thereby causing misunderstandings but if there is no space...they would reconsider before coming to your place.

2. Based on your salary, for you to be able to save and still take care of your new family...u dont need much space. It will be very difficult to manage that big space with your current salary. A furnished small space is better than an empty house....its frustrating to see unoccupied space everywhere or your gadgets scattered. No matter how much u get, u should be able to save from it because your planning will be based on your savings.

3 . Do not leave above your means...it is obvious you cant afford more than a room self contain...so go for it because you can only maintain what you can afford.

4. No Pressure: you are not under pressure to deliver anything....you plan according to importance,no one is rushing you to get appliances you dont need..... Enjoy what you have, somebody somewhere is praying to have what you already have. Just pray and keep hustling and focus on the goal

Reasons why you should look for a 3-bedroom apartment

1. Friends will mock you that you live in a self contain

2. Colleagues will not want to come to your house cos there are no freebies....you know people like free things...
3. Heartache: you begin to read calendar everyday cos ur rent is about to expire and you havent saved up for it

My advise is if the reasons i posed for the self contain isnt justified, then u can go for a 3 bedrom or duplex.

My advise.... Tell ur landlord to give you time to raise money and you are due for 6 mths notice, if within the 6months, u no get house....hin go add 3 months join again....he think e easy.

I wouldn't say virginity is overrated. To the world, its to show u aint bad but ask yourself "what good it has done for me"?. No matter what happens, try and keep the baby, the parents would only be disappointed during pregnancy but when the baby comes, na them go call the baby bundle of joy ( omo omo) i.e my pikin pikin and the attention would shift to the baby .

In my own opinion, I would say your tastes and preferences determines the kind of family you wanna have.
For instance a man that earns 35k and intends to get married to a student who is still dependent on family, once the wedding takes place, all her responsibilities shifts to the man whom the parents doesn't care whether he has the capability or not but that their girl can now do well without them but in situations where the woman earns little say 20K, she would be able to foot some of the bills and take responsibilities.

Marriage takes commitment from the two parties be it financial,emotional,spiritual,career wise. if all the responsibilities rest on a partner, with time, he begins to see the other person as a parasite, always demanding and not bringing sth to the table. it is at this point that reality sets in and then complaints, nags thereby causing a defacing of the other's personality.

Loyalty isn't bought, it is earned. do not expect 100% loyalty from your workers. Moreso, workers are motivated to go the extra mile for their boss when treated well, give them incentives, surprise them although some will still steal no matter how you treat them.
i would suggest you let this fly by suspending them for jut two days, others will learn from this and also enact a policy on penalties for stealing such as (publication of names in the dailies, media e.t.c), once you set this up, no one will dare to steal from you again.it works
