Please make sure you give your girl(s) panadol and dab their heads with hot water. It would help soothe pain since their mother has ruled that painfully braiding hair is do or die. Get them soft pillows too. I know they'll survive.

Thank you.
Exactly the point. HER girls, her business. Not yours.

And what makes you think her girls find braiding very painful to the point of requiring panadol? Do you know her?

Don't mind her. Just read through all the posts she has been making. When you call her out on some of those points, and she now realises she has goofed, she backtracks and spews out further inanities.
I've been reading through and just shaking my head. Nothing worse than an ignorant person who believes they know it all.

I am seriously trying to understand the rational behind it, these migrated Africans are the first to cry blue murder if any form of generalisation comes from the whites, but it is very okay for them to say ridiculous nonsense of their fellow blacks, especially the ones living in Africa, when it suits them, the irony, hypocrisy and double standard reeks in abundance.
I tell you. Ridiculous arrogance.
They need to come off their high horses, it's so off-putting.

It's a personal matter of choice.. Live and let live.. ..do to your kids and allow another to do to theirs.. ...its better I braid my kids hair once in 3 weeks than combing daily in the name of styling and making a bun.. ..thats more tedious on both the kids and mother and it isn't sustainable anyways.. I'd rather make the hair once in 3 weeks.. ..not anything too painful but pain is a subjective matter.. .a lot of kids would cry anyway you comb their hair.. .that doesn't mean we should scrape it skin cut or leave it unattended to.. .
The kids crying doesn't in anyway make the mum a wicked person please.. ..most women are just being mothers in the best way they know how to and with the best intentions.. ..
Thank you, well said. Exactly my point. It's a very subjective issue depending on so many factors. You can't use one instance to judge all others.

Lol when you see ppl with long hair now you get envious

You need to love ur hair dear
I have medium length healthy natural hair which I am happy with. My point is let people do what works for them. We are not in a nanny state.

And when you try to teach them, they give you excuses to why your hair is different
It's not your place to teach anyone what they should do with their child's hair. You are free to have an opinion but you CANNOT teach someone else, it's not your business.

It might be you derive joy in watching parents hurt their kids. We don't!

It is their children they can do and undo. If they can hurt them for their own satisfaction and teach them to enjoy pain for other people's satisfaction, they can as well kill them.
Logical thinking is clearly a struggle for you.
Cos I don't understand how choosing to plait a child's hair = hurting them for your satisfaction.

Find someone else to quote / engage with abeg, I can't be wasting my time.

Judgement call to put their children through unnecessary pain because of their own idea of beauty?

Does that make sense to you? You could as well tell then to kills their children because they are the parents.
As long as you are not the parent, it's not your business. Sorry.

If you applied the sense you claim to have, you would know what is considered unnecessary pain is completely subjective.

How does the comment relate to killing a child? What does that have to do with the point made? undecided

She should never go throw any pain at all until she's old enough to decide that she wants to do it.

And by old enough, I mean 18.
It's not for you to tell others what pain they should go through or what age that should be. That's a personal choice. It's the parents' judgment call.
FamilyRe: Moms! Quit Putting Little Girls Through Torture In The Name Of Braiding Hair. by tot(f): 6:41pm On Dec 23, 2019
Just do what works for you. What is torture for one person is simply an inconvenience for others. We all have different pain tolerance levels. It's up to the parent to make the judgment call.

Britain has very strong institutions.

They are always carrying out routine investigation every now and then.

Nigerians living in the midst of the Brits should be conscious of the facts that they have a global bad image as Nigerians and they are under 24 hours surveillance.

She is living in a very advance country with working infrastructures such as regular electricity, affordable foods etc.

She should have been contented with the good things that country gave her which is very rare back home in Nigeria.

Abusing the privileges of her residency was just too bad of her.
That's a huge exaggeration.

But it is not a crime for the traditionalist, because their king must be buried with some human heads.
Go ahead and commit murder, then you can explain to the police that you are a traditionalist. Let's see how that will play out. Smh.

If there is freedom of Religion. It is interesting to note that traditionally in some places when the king dies, he is buried with a number of human heads as custom demands.

Wouldn't it be a contravention of the religious practice of the traditionalist if you stop him from searching for the human heads as his religion dictates because it is murder?
What an analogy. So you don't realise that murder is a crime?

No amount of hate can deter or stop Islam from spreading all over the world.
In fact, Holy Prophet Muhammad (on whom be peace) has been recognized and lauded by academics and historians for his secular credentials and for upholding freedom of religion. Author and historian Michael Hart writes in his book The 100: A Ranking of The Most Influential Persons of History wrote the following: “My choice of Muhammad to the lead the list of world’s most influential persons may surprise some and be questioned by others but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular levels.”

"He it is Who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the Religion of truth, that He may cause it to prevail over all religions, even if those who associate partners with God hate it". (61:10)
My people, You can't stop Islam from prevailing.
FREEDOM OF WORSHIP and FREEDOM OF CHOICE is the right of every individual. Stop forcing your religion on any one else. Eod.
