MSC is a huge corporation. They have offices worldwide. |
Bros. J., Babeisme's pix reveal containers owned mostly by Mediterranean (or Marco) Shipping Company; MSC. They do have an office in Lagos right in Apapa there and below is a link to the branch. http://marcoshippingcompany.com/index.html But wetin me dey fear nah demurrage, I go die oh. ![]() |
MSC MSC everywhere----damn!!! Past experiences reveal Grimaldi gives one the run-around on ship out date-----could even be 2-3months, but clearing is done fast. I surely hope port officials work diligently to reduce this madness at Tincan. How does this play into the accumulation of demurrage charges? |

There are many freight forwarders in Houston due to the large naija base there. If you like straight answers, no hassles and excellent service, please refer to these two. 1. Sifax (ask for Stella): (281) 820 -9000/ (281)701-5240 2. ADCLtd. Shipping and Commercial Services (ask for Alex): (832) 816-8615 |
Same experience earlier this year RORO from Jacksonville, FL-----3months and the vehicles I sent hadn't reached Nigeria----talk about going nuts. Though I would admit nothing was tampered with inside the cars, but the wait would definitely create uncertainties about this company. |
The question is are you driving the vehicle or shipping it to Nigeria? Relax, this shouldn't be no cause for alarm as it is required by the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicle) that plates be turned in within 10 days of driving without insurance in most states. My guess is that after making this sale, the prior owner probably intends to cancel his vehicle insurance (meaning no more payments) lest receive a flag on his driver's license. Now with a flag on your license, you cannot renew that license unless you pay the penalty to lift the flag. So essentially the seller is only protecting his/her neck. Infact most private sellers would go this route if you ask me. I would suggest towing the vehicle to the shipping agent to avoid unnecessary problems from the NYPD. The license plate from New York issue can be solved by getting any license plate from the junk yard---you just can't drive that ML in the State of New York without it's proper registered plates. |
Weezie----Baby-----Juvi-----Diddy-----(naija man own) Banky----- (I see una neva change heh) . But really you've got to give the brother some props for the excellent quality of the video and the message sent lyrically. Dude's got potentials to make it big time, and that's real. I mean you can't compare this to crappy songs in the US like Wayne's "lollipop" and Plies "excuse my hands" (total garbage) that get more media exposure. The music is tight and keep it up. |
Shalo baby --chie!!!Well, at least she didn't ask to be included in your 401K retirement plan right off the bat. She's definitely a keeper. Moreover, ideally everything is big in Texas, but to David's consolation, Onyinye2 can't be that bigger than a Goliath (unless otherwise indicated ). I say brace yourself big dawg---slingstones or catapult it's whatever----"no retreat no surrender". Nothing do you. |
The same I have opined here time and time again. I mean given the varied perceptions of what breaking even and making profit is in the sale of vehicles, there are some deals you just can't help but shout OLEEEE---sounding an alarm---prime example this deal here. Oddly enough however, to the seller you're a meddling bad marketer----(u don throw sansan 4 garri). Anyway it is incumbent of the buyer to do a market research before spending millions on a senseless white elephant. |
180 thousand dollars for RENT. . Pali, you strong oh. |
The minds of these ladies and gents of nairaland ----- Well, sucking the toes is like placing the icing on the cap. It's completes the total body lovemaking process. The only thing is that the toes have to be appealing to receive that special attention. A really sexy toe (done right) gives me goose bumps all over---CAMELTOE, that is . |
Still a good deal at $2M (no comma) comparatively with what it's sold for anywhere----go to Berger for a trial, you'll see . Anyway, I took the liberty of including links to various websites to give you a rough gestimate of the cost (prices below are devoid of shipping and clearing cost) http://www.kbb.com/KBB/UsedCars/PricingReport.aspx?YearId=2005&VehicleClass=UsedCar&ManufacturerId=50&Condition=Excellent&ModelId=307&PriceType=Retail&VehicleId=1801&Mileage=49000&SelectionHistory=1801%7C28829%7C72002%7C0%7C0%7C------$13,795 http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ct=c&car_id=236896009&dealer_id=1376502&car_year=2005&make_desc=Volkswagen&search_type=certified&distance=100&model_desc=Jetta&origuri=%2Ffind%2Fcertified-Volkswagen-Jetta-cars-for-sale-Boston-02109.jsp&address=02109&cardist=28--------$14,995 http://reviews.cnet.com/sedan/2005-volkswagen-jetta-gls/4505-10865_7-31454128.html?hhTest=1 ------$20,335 http://www.modernracer.com/vwjettagls18t.html -------$20,940 |

What year is it? |
Me, trying to gain prominence? If only you knew. Perhaps, I should have walked away, ignoring the collateral consequence bound to ensue on such a reputable Nairaland member. But kindly, accept my apologies. Back to chopping ToTo. |

Cgift, apparently you're faced with fuel efficiency versus off-road capacity. Now, I'm not a guru on automobiles but my advice is that you use the availablity of spare parts on ground as a guide in your decision-making. Frankly, I would suggest a CRV with 4 cylinder engine and I think they are quite sporty, dependable and save you less trip to the fuel station. But I do doubt this would be your preference based on your judgement on the Murano (not-rugged enough). |

lol!!! ;d ;d ;d |
This is the website http://9jacars . . com/ (bring em all together) Tobarro, nice Range you've got there. |
But you know, I actually see where the seller is coming from partly because I don't think Viper himself would sell a 2005 Toyota Highlander for 2.2M. Indeed the asking price 3M is a reasonably deal. As a matter of fact, the 2003s go for that price at Berger. |
