Madeu: That was my initial question when he first made the complaint. You owed your LL rent and had the guts to sublet. Coming here to play the victim card. Sickening. The worse is that other people here didn't condemn him. Total BS!! Until your house owner's mortgage gets repossessed. No one is seeing the anger of the house owner. There are always two sides to any story/situation/quarrel... That rent, I want to believe, goes towards mortage payment, and like you said, that LL may be seriously chased up and under pressure! I asked him if his LL was this terrible before or after he owed her rent, he surgically shyed away from answering that question. My perception of his story isn't adding up. |

UniqueDext: Yesterday I told the landlord to fix the door and give me the keys and I will pay her. And this woman declined and said am a stupid person and who do i think I am.
The lawyer also instructed me to call shelter emergency number and report this. Why haven't you paid her? Your initial post noted a few days late and till date you are yet to pay her! You have established how horrible she is, but I'd suggest you just pay her and see how things progress. Was she this horrible before or after you delayed on your rent? Two wrongs can never make a right!!! |

Regardless, we still have to say the right thing. For her to post it here meant that she had some element of doubt/fear. But with the update, I want to believe she defeated her doubt/fear and advanced. Otilo! |

i watched it over and over again...those ladies will not take such treatment from their husband/bf at home but in the church... I laughed out really loud. Interesting and disgusting to say the least. Some church denominations are really evolving! Evolving on the negative angle. And some blokes are here saying they care less what those men whipping and touching the asses of those ladies do with their hard earned monies. If you are a tithe adherent, same may eventually start happening to you. |

Why should COS be arranged for the sham dependent? Does he not have enough skills to obtain sponsorship on his own merit? He's lucky to not be reported for immigration fraud, and the lady too I'm curious to know how you arrived at the highlighted. You don't need to jump into conclusion. I have seen marriages/unions crash within months!! Theirs could be the case. Let's quit jumping into unnecessary conclusions. Until Joyglo clarifies her situation, we can only reasonably and respectfully speculate and not draw up conclusions like you have just done and even noted penalties!!! Hmmmmm |

Yes, I know a simple google search or research could have helped the op who originally asked the question and also remove any ambiguity to the responses received. |

I meet an admiral (Italian) but also a British citizen about a week ago and he wants me to go with him for holiday.
He also wants to pay my balance tuition worth £14500, he took me to see some of his restaurants in Brighton and also to see his house located at Brighton Marina and other properties.
Seriously I dey fear I nor go lie Hmmmmm!!! Have you thought this through? You appear to be confident and excited about the thrills and adventure that follows. Don't learn to mix and understand your new environment. Keep avoiding and living in a cocoon. Na the kind of una dey shame me when they finally are forced out e.g for a work dinner and they start looking at the menu like it was written in Arabic or using cutlery like a crippled fellow. Its a total shame to see that it's difficult for you to read, comprehend and identify the use of personal pronouns. You just woke up, opened up NL and type this rubbish that has no cohesion with the context of the discuss. This one thinks life starts and ends by forcing yourself to eat what your system will reject. Continue deceiving yourself by trying to belong and mingle. That's how it starts! |

heroshark: Yes, if anybody says healthcare jobs is useless the person is reasonable. Reasonable don't always have to be when people conform to your narrative.
Healthcare job can be a useless job for someone, and a life saver for another, it doesn't make any of them wrong for voicing out their stance or opinion. Please speak for yourself and yourself alone and stop generalising by using 'WE'That you and others see care jobs, okada riding and God knows how many other jobs as useless, doesn't mean every other person see it like so!!! I have never and will never look down on anyone's legit means of hustling. Never for one day did it in Nigeria and will never start doing it here. It's only a FOOL that does this. I don't have to work in the care sector to be irked by people like yourself denigrating other folk's legit means of livelihood. I repeat with my full chest, rent money is not dead money and care job is never a useless job. I rather dignify rent money and care jobs than dignify the likes of you with a response after this. |

Viruses: Or perhaps you should pay more attention to details. The OP said people here say care work is useless.
Talking down on care work is different from saying care work is useless. A lot of professions have been talked down on here, but saying "people say care work is useless" is way too much of a mis interpretation. I can only laugh at your level of comprehension! This says loads about you and your opinion. |

Lexusgs430: Stop comparing oranges and apples....... Every landlord, might have started their life as a tenant........
And yes, RENT MONEY IS DEAD MONEY......... But whilst making those rent payments, work out a strategy that enables you, own your own property.......
Other points you raised, are completely different, those could be classified entertainment, working life balance and better financial discipline.......
But you know some olosho's would charge you pump price (₦15,000), other olosho's would charge you ₦100,000+........ Dig what works for you ......😂😁 ...and who told you people ain't making plans to own their homes and become LLs of several other properties, not just one?! There is a way to subtly put certain things than just always blurting out rent money is dead money everytime. You think it's fair to classify gambling and olosho monies as entertainment monies and call the other one dead money, right? Implying someone saying healthcare jobs are useless jobs is also kinda reasonable. That your last sentence eh! The way you always use humour to kill a serious talk is alarming! This caused a guy here a while back to be seriously pissed at you. I read the brouhaha and laughed all through. |

Strata1716: Consent can be withdrawn at anytime so a voice note or video before sex doesn’t really do anything Which now brings us to the point where we ask ourselves... If one requires this much evidence to 'shine congo', then is the risk/shame+infection worth the few minutes/hours (depending on the capacity of the man) of pleasure? Why not entirely avoid these ladies and get busy with other things, making money etc. If you must 'shine congo', get a girlfriend, get married rather than ending up like Abiola Tijani? |
