@ Janix - also wen I was younger, I usually take small sized bottle qyt of alcohol(like regal). And it really flows in excess. So If its ok by u, u cud also try it.

Yes you are very right, for someone who has heavy or normal flow, it makes it light and eases pain. But you know she complained her AF doesn't flow well, and needs something to make it flow, lemon can make it free of clots and ease pain but it won't make it flow much.

Read online about the use of lemon during AF, it is fine for someone with heavy/regular flow but not for people with scanty/little flow. I usually have 3 days flow as well and anytime i take lemon or ACV during AF it becomes 2days or a 1.5days only.

I was taking lemon in warm water every morning only to notice my AF stopped abruptly on the 2nd day (AF for that cycle was 1.5day) I was about to go crazy and just thought i should check online before raising alarm, only to realize many women use lemons to shorten and/or stop AF.

Gud evening beloved fruitful mums. Pls, I've bn having some kinds of unusual feelings dz days. I have a 26/27 days cycle. Am presently on CD16 and I usually ovulate on CD14-CD16 of every cycle. Before my period ds cycle, I had several unbearable preggy symptoms but was later disappointed on seeing d appearance of AF on the 10th. Ever since after d AF, I've bn feeling somehow. From noisy stomach and cramps to frequent headache dat resists paracetamol, feeling nauseous and gluttonous a lot. I've bn wondering about ds for long but am just confused. Honestly, am tired of telling DH about my feeling as it usually raises false hopes each time I do so. I even treated malaria before my last cycle, drank bitterleaves juice after AF. Sounds to me like your body is stressed out and lacking nutrients. But first take a scan, to ensure you are indeed not pregnant, some women have AF while pregnant you know.

If no BFP, then you are probably stressed out, Try taking enough rest, lots and lots of water, fruits nd healthy meals possibly cut back on bread, snacks and all those refined carbs, you can add a multivitamin, but make sure you rest well.

When was the last time you de-wormed? Maybe you should consider it when next you have AF(hopefully BFP instead of AF by God's grace)

Hmm, avoid Lemon during AF, lemon can make you period short and attimes totally stop it and ACV as well because of their acidic nature.

so if you want to increase flow during AF avoid both days leading up to and during AF. I have experiences with both and lemon is worse than ACV when it comes to stopping and shortening AF

How long has it been for?

I would say you should watch it, if it is after ovu, it may be implantation but usually not more than 2 days, if it is around mid cycle, maybe Ovu itself

I had a myomectomy done last year April.. I was also given a lot of antibiotics to take.. The surgeon said she took out ovarian cyst which had burstes already from my left ovary. I checked my tubes afterwards few months after the surgery but i was told the left side wasn't patent while the right side had hydrosalpinx. I am really depressed about this. I dont even know what to do.

Started taking it after AF, today is cd22 and I'm still on it.

Please I want to ask, I've been having heavy creamy whitish CM especially when I check the mouth of my cervix (not egusi-like and not smelly since last week). AF will be due next week and this is my first time of experiencing such.
Please is it something to worry about, I don't want to google it.

So long it is not smelly, cheesy or clumpy , it is just lotion creamy then nothing to worry about, you just have more discharge than normal maybe due to more fluid intake also if it is within the 2ww, it is usually 1st sign of preggy for some women.

Just watch it, hopefully it should ease out and possibly still increase your fluid intake.

My sis, I have not used ovacare before. I referred to it in relation to ovulation boosting drugs. That's what I feel it does. Not sure.

My Experience
I was really hungry infact famished almost close of work, but only had small oats left, so i decided to take it and hold belle till i reach house.

The oat was like 3/4 cup, runny & hot added milk and decided to add honey (which i normally don't take)for the fun of it and i just gulped it down. Asuwer, instantly i felt it travelling down my uterus (i am serious and not making it up) shortly after that, i started having cramps only for AF to start a day before it was due.

Now i am never going to touch honey in my 2ww.

Babes, did you remember to add oil? most times when I forget to put oil or use bad oil the moimoi comes out tasting like it is uncooked, if you put vegetable oil and it is still the same way, heat up palm oil but don't bleach it and use next time. Oil is very essential in making moimoi

The fertility hospitals are just using iui as a rip off jareh......i'd rather go straight to ivf with higher conception percentage than iui self cuz its unnecessarily expensive so if I see hospital when go do am 80-100k I would gladly accept d offer
As at last year, iui for paramount specialist hospital na 50k

Hmm all these cheap procedures, please mamas be careful and do your research

You need to do tests, scans and use only drugs that are peculiar to you case not a one size fits all

If you say procedure alone is 50k or 70k, it is believable and make sense, if i am told all inclusive na to pick race o, maybe the hospital don't even know what IUI is sef.
