@ Fpeter Start 1 or 2 days after period and stop 1 or 2 days before Ovu, 3 days massage 1 day rest in between, although some people don't observe 1 day rest in between sha. @Rhukkie, congratulations sis, H & H 9 months too you and easy peasy sexy borning at the right time. The Almighty God that did yours will definitely visit us this month of divine visitation. In Jesus Name @Mummykryti, na me and you dey same boat oo @Beautyuche I agree with all Afagha and Roseey0 mentioned, you can include Eggs, Bananas, Avocados and Dates regularly in his diet as well as other fruits and vegetables. These things may or may not work instantly o, as body defers so you may need to give it some time to build up in his system. You can also get him regular supplements for men ask a Pharmacist. |
mummykyrti:Thunderous AMEN!!! Woman of God, thanks for finding my diary interesting to read. How was your weekend, biko use the cooolll weather to do enough bedroom gymnastics to warm you up ![]() take care |
Babythug, God bless u ma, i couldn't agree more with you. Please @ Damsel21, don't play kalokalo with your health, you are the only one that knows how you feel, you by yourself is the only one growing a baby inside of you, you should put yourself and the baby first in every situation, even your hubby should think of you first now, God forbid the worse happens, everybody will only tell you sorry and not experience what you feel. I believe you should find your way to the hospital by all means, bleeding in pregnancy can be normal and not attimes Please also try and talk to your hubby, you guys are in the same team, inshort you are on his team, you both are on your way of becoming first time parents, now is the time to stand your grounds on certain things, otherwise you both will become everyone's push over |
sunny15:hi babe, me too i did this pant ironing tingy and it did not solve anything for me o, truth is yeast is stubborn, Plus ironing board already has all sort of orisirisi on it including the iron sef i would rather you dispose off your panties anytime you are undergoing any treatment use disposal panties and get new ones after the treatment, if you wear tights, stop or minimize how often you wear them, these are the things i know to cause recurrent yeast plus actually eating anything that contains yeast and sugar as yeast feeds directly on them. you are not waiting 6 months oo, Olorun maje |
Hannaspirit:Nooooo, the whole regime is just within one month o. The only thing you use for 6 months is Diflucan for maintenance, which should be used on the same date every month and it doesn't interfer with GTC i recommend use during AF. Make sure to check with your Dr before you embark on this treatment. I didn't discuss with my Dr because i was being prescribed the normal course of treatment over and over again, until i met another young male Dr who suggested i tried this out (except the Boric Acid part) and i went online to read about it and found this website and digested the whole page http://www.aafp.org/afp/2000/0601/p3306.html TABLE 2 Treatment Options for Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis is where treatment is listed. |

Blessedmumi, God be with you sis and may He give you double for your loss, never ever give up sis, cos definitely your children will surround your table like olive plant and call you blessed, God is not a man that He should lie. Creamylicious, yes i am in Lagos as well. I will pm you |
creamylicious:I have maybe 1 or 2 capsules left, if you need it let me know how to get it across to you. It was a gift from Enkaylala, when she traveled, it is very possible to order and get delivery in Nigeria but usually very pricey, or if u know anyone traveling you can ask them to help you buy or collect it for you if you buy it online from here, at least you won't pay for shipping. |
MummyJJ:What i do ma? ![]() Loisemm:Mom Fortius mi of laiveeeeee, mom to wonderful Lucas and my Adorable Bae, welcome back ma. How have you been? i have seriously missed you oo, don't be dooying disappearing act like that na, itz iz not gud. My love to everyone |
4realwoman:God is too faithful to fail my sister and everything don click as you talk am in Jesus Name |
Ekatwins:It is the same Maca, but i would prefer you get one that doesn't indicate for men only, for all you know it may have additional ingredients specifically for men. Some brands have for men & women on them Check on Jumia, you should see Nature's way brand, NOW FOODS brand, Swanson brand or check any big pharmacy All the best |
creamylicious:Hiya, i was eating carbs o, like rice, yam, eba not too frequent though and stayed away from bread, pastries, white sugar, soda drinks, sweets and chocolate all those stuff sha. My idea for not totally eliminating them was that one should be able to eat carbs like other people do without getting a yeast infection, but bread and anything that contains yeast was a big no no for me, eventually i started eating them occasionally like 6/7months later. |

fpeter:Thanks darling was it Apple Cider Vinegar or what sort of Vinegar? |
Loisemm:Bia Loisemm, biko where is our new WIDD compiler, Ffvsquared come and give us WIDD compilation oooo abi MS don hold you ni and you no want tell us I don carry placard oo #Chanting We no go gree o, we no go gree, Ffvsquared give us WIDD, we no go gree |
fpeter:How mama Fpeter, i just mentioned you not too long ago, can you share some ideas about this mamas post creamylicious: |
mamaTB:Ewoo, Please don't say this is your last comment on this thread i beg u, you don't want us to learn from your WIDD when you get ur bfp ni? no do like that na. Scuffles with always come up from time to time, it should not stop us from moving forward, even me i have had issues with here b4, we must understand people process things differently, no vex you hia else sexuplet go follow u oo if you vex, biko laugh and put everything behind you make only triplets follow gum your body now now!!! I perfectly understand where you are coming from as per your advise, getting worried to the extent of using some supplements without diagnosis may do more harm than good, especially if you have only tried a few cycles. it is always better to establish a medical condition b4 bombarding one's self with all sort, i get you sis no one has said you were wrong with what you said ehn, just breathe and wait for hubby to come and knack you better kpekus. love always |
MummyJJ:Over-too-qualify sef, yes oo, declare it, don't stop saying and in no time your testimony will manifest. |
@4realwoman, shey the kpekus haf not do you ni ?How are you sis, just noticed haven't seen you in few days, trust you are good. warm, squashy, bear hug sis |
Pampharez:Biko, grab HPT and test, inshort do BPT too, just confirm that first so you know what you are dealing with sis. All the best, and you will be pleasantly surprised in Jesus Name |
Kbabes:Babes, is it just starting, or it has been on for days like that? That is sometimes referred to as spotting. if it is just starting today, give it time it will flow well and if it's not the first day it's been like that, then take HPT test and report to your gynea |
creamylicious:My sister there is cure oo, just like MGeey said I swear it was prayers that helped me plus what i did see link below. Also discuss with you Dr and see his own take https://www.nairaland.com/318334/trying-conceive-child-ttc/1721#52659674 Fpeter also complained one time about it, maybe she can help out with what she did as well, at least you can pick one or 2 things from that. all the best! |
Hello wonderful mothers of nation, fertility blessings to us all I don't mean to take us back, but i just want to give my personal reviews on Fertileaid to MummyBryan, ( you can check my previous post where i was lamenting) i took FA for one month and it made me spot in between period, delayed my period and scattered my whole cycle after using it i had to go back to read reviews about it and found out that more that often it messes up one's cycle if you have regular AF, but all the same body system differs while it works for some it may not work for the other. I would rather recommend M2tone over fertileaid, that one you can say is more like a herbal prenatal supplement, and it is even prescribed for unexplained IF. I have used that one and had no issues whatsoever with it, had about 3 matured follicles with other smaller follicles in one cycle i used 4 tabs daily. Subsequent cycles i reduced to 2 tabs daily |
Congrats once again Benignasweety Praises to Almighty God, Jehovah overdo, the creative miracle working God, who does as He pleases, who can question you Awesome God? how great You are. This is the testimony I like to hear, that defies normal process and sounds like a lie. Welcome baby Zion, God's goodness, grace, mercy and love will ever surround you. |
MummyJJ:Babe, i heard it is difficult to differentiate between PMS and pregnancy symptoms and from most people that shared the BFPA here, they were usually awaiting AF cos of the normal PMS symptom but a missed period is usually what makes the difference or attimes intense PMS sympyoms-Progesterone is the culprit that causes all these symptons Except in a case where one does not experience PMS before AF, then all of a sudden you have those, it could be an early sign of BFP More than often i experience intense PMS, that starts after O and stops or subsides a day/ 2 before AF |
