they say it's impossible. |
, the four words most girls are so afraid to say, why?cuz dey dont wanna seem desperate, or sum dirty-minded beings might take it as they havnt had some ina yltrue sha. it's now considered a crime in some quarters, to dare to expect to get a man. for others, they've been conditioned to think the only way to get one, is by attacking your fellow women. any man who requires that, has a screw loose and needs medication. |
i know that a man who cant speak english is far better than a lady who cant speak english. we men are even trying to put up with the ladies who can speak very well(because with that they still act dumb) not to mention someone who cant speakna wa. care to explain this? |
Basildon1:no, more likely she's refused to widen her dating pool due to some misguided sense of loyalty to one particular genre. |
comes with the territory. |
omg!! i totally see the pastor's point even though the video is meant to be an amusing skit. there are times when i feel only a serious beatdown will deter many criminals from their evil path. see what nigerians are turning to these days- crime rampant everywhere, no morals, society breaking down, no discipline or standards in anything, the list is endless. of course you dont beat people into christianity but some are hell-bent on pushing their luck. giving stubbornness and hardheartedness a whole new meaning!! |

just act s.tupid because you may be facing a brick wall here. |
^^that's a very subjective statement and quite debatable. the main point here is fayose was out of line, and his family did the right thing by apologising on his behalf. we all make mistakes from time to time, and family is supposed to cover our base when such happens, and while we're sorting ourself out. nobody is perfect and i do believe obasanjo should listen to them. |
its an unwritten rule and i've never ever heard anything to the contrary. ![]() |
[size=14pt]THE family of former governor of Ekiti State, Mr Ayodele Fayose, at the weekend, condemned the utterances of their son against former President Olusegun Obasanjo and tendered an apology to him.to err is human, to forgive, divine. Jesus said forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. in yorubaland, when someone's family intervenes on behalf of a person, the intervention must be accepted. |
now, why did some reporter go and interview another brother in order to cause confusion? ![]() what kind of wickedness is this ![]() the first brother's apology is the only thing that matters, and i dont expect obasanjo to refuse to accept it. yorubas say t'omode ba nse bi omode, agba naa a se bi agba. why do we have family if not for situations like these. |
^^just browsing the topics at the bottom of the page. |
open borders, large family size, lack of accurate census figures. |
not too many answers, hmm. |
interesting!! |
steaming:any updates? |
omega25red:true. it was at the bottom of one of the threads and looked interesting, so i commented. scroll down the page and you'll see more topics. |
Wahala dey oooo. I don taya. Men don't like liabilities and they equally do not like independent ladies. So what do they like?please ask them. [s]it seems the ones here just dont like whatever they see.[/s] |
it's hard, no doubt. but if you're going to be charged as an accessory to his crimes, find a way to and pray. oju l'o nroju saanu. God will surely reward you in ways you never expected- sooner or later. |
Blazay:can you explain what this means, just for curiousity's sake. you didnt even say romance section, you specifically pointed out family section. |
@ topic not necessarily. sometimes people have no other choice. i agree it may constitute weakness but what's to be done. these are very bad times. |
190:thanks for your contribution. |
kokoye:oh, some people claimed i'm from ghana. well, there are ekiti people in ghana too. |
. |
define desperate. |
i really dont know. |
I have said Nigeria is a breeding ground for grooming roguesseriously, i cannot argue with this statement. how can one explain the criminality so common with nigerians? have we no conscience at all in spite of our religiousity? ![]() |
kokoye:ekiti. |
