all these recent "christian monikers" or the monikers which are trying to appear christian, should tell us more about their ids and why they chose them.

there are some non-christians [or not fully christians ie half christian] bearing christian monikers now, likewise, someone called sweetsemen has a thread calling for gospel music submissions.

well, some people seem to be attributing spywork to the supernatural - eg people being able to view other people remotely, etc.

just because somebody seems to know what goes on in the privacy of your home, or etc, doesnt make them actual ghosts [maybe ghouls though], it just makes them abnormal when they use this information wrongly.

i think nigerian movies need to work on adding synopses to their productions.

often times, only the movie title and poster get released, no word on what the movie is actually about.

as for rating, forget it.

i mean pg [film] ratings, etc.

FoodRe: ABCs Of Cake Making by tpia1(op): 4:48am On Aug 16, 2014
Smooth lines make the cake.

Clean smooth edges are what sets a great naked cake apart from the rest. “It doesn’t matter what cake flavor you bake, the outside edge is going to be darker than the rest of the layer. Trimming off the edge is going to bring out the color of the cake as well as make it look cleaner,”
FoodRe: ABCs Of Cake Making by tpia1(op): 4:47am On Aug 16, 2014
Naked cakes shouldn’t be stacked too far ahead of time.

Make sure to ask your cake baker how far in advance they’re going to stack your naked cake. Here’s why, “Naked cakes are exposed instead of being covered so they’re going to dry out faster,” Molly says. “24-hours before it’s going to be served is the max [time] that you’d want for a naked cake to be stacked.”

If you’re thinking something simple, you can totally DIY!

If you want a simple naked cake for your bridal shower or engagement party then making it yourself is totally doable (really!). “With frosted and fondant cakes there are so many things that could go wrong and you need to have a lot of skill to pull it off,” says Alana, but that’s not the case when it comes to a naked cake, “It’s really hard to go wrong, as long as you bake your cake evenly and have good buttercream.” Momofuku hosts classes at their shops in NYC and Toronto or you can buy their cookbook and read up on how to make your own!
FoodRe: ABCs Of Cake Making by tpia1(op): 4:44am On Aug 16, 2014
You have to choose your flavors and fillings carefully.

Unlike with a traditional frosted cake, the flavors and fillings that you choose are going to determine what your cake looks like. If you’re looking for a style that’s cohesive, you’ll want to stick to flavors in a similar color profile which is something you don’t have to think about with a buttercream or fondant cake. Molly suggests, “It’s up to your personal preference, but naturally colored cakes look the best, like vanilla, carrot cake or hummingbird (a cake spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon) instead of food coloring dyed cakes like red velvet.” As far as fillings go Christina Tosi baker at Momofuku Milk Bar says, “Make sure all of your frostings and fillings make sense when eaten as a whole. Every filling should be a sliceable consistency when cold or room temperature. A layer of fondant hides a runny curd or jam or jelly layer, but there’s no hiding fillings or underset layers with a naked cake!”

Liberian Officials banned From Traveling

As part of efforts to help combat the deadly Ebola virus in Liberia, President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has banned officials of her government from leaving the country, while ordering those already out to return by the "end of the week".

Liberia: Foreign Min.: Liberia Health System Collapsing as Ebola Spreads

The health care system in Liberia is collapsing, hospitals closing down and medical workers fleeing from the Ebola epidemic, which is poised to worsen, Liberia’s foreign minister said last Thursday.

“People are dying from common diseases because the health care system is collapsing,” Minister of Foreign Affairs Augustine Kpehe Ngafuan said in an interview with Thomson Reuters Foundation.

“It is going to have a long-term impact, even after this crisis is behind us.”

Treatable diseases such as malaria and diarrhea are left untended because frightened Liberians are shunning medical centers, and these deaths could outstrip those from the Ebola virus by three or four fold, he said.

But his biggest concern is the spreading epidemic.

“We are hearing it is going to get worse before it gets better. We do not know how much worse that will be. My main worry is

the fear of how many people will die. Right now it is out of control and jumps from place to place,” Ngafuan said.

The number of trained doctors and nurses, already in critical short supply after years of civil war, is shrinking as medical workers get infected, quarantined or are afraid to report to work. The country entered the epidemic with only about 50 doctors for 4 million people, he said.

“What is happening is the entire health sector is being devastated by the crisis. It is not only a killer, but it kills those who care for them, and a good number of them are dying,” Ngafuan said.
