just because a guy is a "good" guy, doesnt mean he's the right one for you. |
They cultivated him, took care of him, paid him, brainwashed him, gave him all that he wanted in life"cultivated him" |
I would cease comparing myself to my friendeod. Study myself and do right by me and then I will celebrate myself. I will be really good to myself. ![]() I believe every woman has it in her what it takes to attract the best for her.emphasis on bolded. yorubas say ma wo esin elesin sare ie dont pace yourself by another person's standards. |
Posting prayers online has now become an habit both from private individuals and men of GOD in nigeria of today. but i just noticed that many of these prayers just get as it be that is why i will like to know your perspective on this. thanksget as e be like how? |

this thread should probably have a chat version. |
all these recent "christian monikers" or the monikers which are trying to appear christian, should tell us more about their ids and why they chose them. there are some non-christians [or not fully christians ie half christian] bearing christian monikers now, likewise, someone called sweetsemen has a thread calling for gospel music submissions. |
hmm, i wonder why. seems boko haram is always multiple steps ahead of nigerians. |
well, some people seem to be attributing spywork to the supernatural - eg people being able to view other people remotely, etc. just because somebody seems to know what goes on in the privacy of your home, or etc, doesnt make them actual ghosts [maybe ghouls though], it just makes them abnormal when they use this information wrongly. |
post your opinion without referring to mine, thanks. |
vizkiz: Sprinkles holy water on thread...Now we are going to pray to the lord. Say father!!!!!!!!!!na everything dey amaze these people, are they from the jungle or something? as if oyibo no reach their side till today, three or four centuries after they [oyibo] arrived in nigeria. |
i hope we are not. |
i think nigerian movies need to work on adding synopses to their productions. often times, only the movie title and poster get released, no word on what the movie is actually about. as for rating, forget it. i mean pg [film] ratings, etc. |
the set of celebrities who oversaw the entry of ebola into nigeria. 2015, going to be tough. |
its not mandatory, if you dont feel like saying sorry then dont. |
how does all this affect the ebola problem anyway? |
and people were pretending widows are more than widowers among nigerians. |
There is a difference between the Good guy and the right guytrue. |
Smooth lines make the cake. Clean smooth edges are what sets a great naked cake apart from the rest. “It doesn’t matter what cake flavor you bake, the outside edge is going to be darker than the rest of the layer. Trimming off the edge is going to bring out the color of the cake as well as make it look cleaner,” |
Naked cakes shouldn’t be stacked too far ahead of time. Make sure to ask your cake baker how far in advance they’re going to stack your naked cake. Here’s why, “Naked cakes are exposed instead of being covered so they’re going to dry out faster,” Molly says. “24-hours before it’s going to be served is the max [time] that you’d want for a naked cake to be stacked.” |
If you’re thinking something simple, you can totally DIY! If you want a simple naked cake for your bridal shower or engagement party then making it yourself is totally doable (really!). “With frosted and fondant cakes there are so many things that could go wrong and you need to have a lot of skill to pull it off,” says Alana, but that’s not the case when it comes to a naked cake, “It’s really hard to go wrong, as long as you bake your cake evenly and have good buttercream.” Momofuku hosts classes at their shops in NYC and Toronto or you can buy their cookbook and read up on how to make your own! |
You have to choose your flavors and fillings carefully. Unlike with a traditional frosted cake, the flavors and fillings that you choose are going to determine what your cake looks like. If you’re looking for a style that’s cohesive, you’ll want to stick to flavors in a similar color profile which is something you don’t have to think about with a buttercream or fondant cake. Molly suggests, “It’s up to your personal preference, but naturally colored cakes look the best, like vanilla, carrot cake or hummingbird (a cake spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon) instead of food coloring dyed cakes like red velvet.” As far as fillings go Christina Tosi baker at Momofuku Milk Bar says, “Make sure all of your frostings and fillings make sense when eaten as a whole. Every filling should be a sliceable consistency when cold or room temperature. A layer of fondant hides a runny curd or jam or jelly layer, but there’s no hiding fillings or underset layers with a naked cake!”[img]http://xotheknot.files./2014/02/clycreation_momofoku.jpg?w=652[/img] |
