shymexx: The guy in question doesn't even look Igbo.

He looks like the everyday Yoruba guy from Ekiti, Ijebu and Ondo axis.

Maybe, you can say Benin as well. But there's no Igbo in his looks.

Igbo's naturally have big heads.
wont the guy give you a beatdown if you chat this crap in public?

you want him to deny his heritage, abi? Did he tell you he doesnt know he looks igbo, or why do you think he included his igbo name for everyone to see?

use your brain sweetie!
It's not about who is better looking.
If you met this guy on randomly and you were told he is Nigerian. Where would you think he's from? be completely honest.
you have time!

better distract him with sex talk, else you'll be here all day chatting aimlessly.

shymexx: Someone created a good thread, yet pricks turned into a back a forth about ethnicity when it's obvious the guy is a Nairaland prince.

shymexx: How does it explains his looks? And why you lot so obsessed with looks?

Are Igbo's better looking than Yoruba's?
she means she thought he looked igbo, since some cameroonians can be mistaken for igbo.

no need to read meanings which werent intended, into things.

ayyoshert: we were raised to practice both styles,
eating together brought closer bond and togetherness while eating with diff plates on the table taught me the table manners/etiquette and what have you, anyway i still remember that my siblings used to dread me when we share food, cos i always eat faster than them and i av got this natural fridge in my mouth that cools hot food, so while others are still blowing on their food, i would have already taken like three morsel/spoon.
cant eat with you, thats for sure.

you'd shorten my ration.

where is he a prince of?

nairaland?

I'd say it appears to be non-Yoruba women that are the jackpot for Yoruba men.
seems like the other way round, from my end.

there's always a lot of jubilating and ululating from the non-yoruba area whenever a yoruba man marries out.

most times, he's marrying against the wishes of his relatives, but not against the wishes of the SO side.

the owambe sef no dey get equal, however, i understand why every yoruba man is considered a prince outside.

hotness, swag, and all that.

hmm, well,thats a possible interpretation.

no doubt, pursuing this line of thought might cause a few ripples along the way, we can move on to some other things.

vainfairy: women do actually age faster, forget wealth. Daisy's really d exception to dat theory! Wonderin what u'd av said if u had known or seen her 20yrs backhuh
true sha.

the issue here is women who dont age, put undue pressure on those of us who do, because then society will set its standards by them, instead of the average females on the streets who present the real look. And we women will now feel inadequate somehow and fear getting older.

the other stupendously rich lady [mrs alakija] also doesnt look her age.

likewise many other vip nigerians, both male and female.

striktlymi: My ish really is not that they left but the way they did. There have been times when other members will just go off the radar and I am not particularly bothered but this case is different.
what's wrong with the way they left?

when seun put shrekilt and afarm4ever in politics section, didnt people leave?

how is this case different?

and, like i asked before, what is going on in this section- there's something weird here.

afdynamic: U dont hv anypoint. wetin u dey talk sef.
u mean i shuld travel 20km b4 i could buy food stuff cos of clean market?
bandwagon crap, someone starts a thread no matter how s.tupid, and the bandwagoners immediately jump on for a ride.

some i.diots are even criticizing bananas as if the people buying dont know a good banana from a bad one? Its annoying when m.orons type crap just to feel among.

that's amazingly senseless.

another one is saying he sh!!ts in his own market like a mad person.
FoodRe: Why Are Our Markets Always Dirty? by tpia5: 3:18pm On Aug 21, 2013
voltron: grin grin your exaggeration of falsehood at your age (on nl) is alarming.. what are you on anyway smiley
at your age, saying you saw piss and sh!!t when buying things at the market in your village, is indicative of questionable mental function.

yeah, whatever, not going to drag this ad infinitum.

but lets drop the whiny baby act, its unbefitting of adults which i assume most are.

are there 5 year olds on the site?

you met them here doesnt mean you must continue to meet them here indefinitely.

majority of the nlers who started the site with seun, have signed off- is he disturbing himself because of that? huh

oh well, if he's gone he's gone, no amount of talking will bring him back.

and for the record, in africa, yoruba are a tribe/ethnicity, but outside africa, its a religion called orixa or orisa or something like that.

the practitioners need to look into whatever is going on at their end, first it was the ayinde case, now its this.

lord have mercy o.
Christianity EtcRe: Countdown To The Return Of Muskeeto And Other Self Exiles Of This Section... by tpia5: 3:06pm On Aug 21, 2013
personally, imo the way some people reacted during the incident in question, was very disgraceful and highly embarassing.

such a pity.

i cant blame the atheists- they know no better, but for the ones who said they were christian, i've never been so embarassed since i joined this site.

why are all of you crying up a storm over some members' absences?
