# 10 isnt necessarily a bad thing, is it? provided there's love although of course your associates might look down on you for marrying below your class. #8: still on the fence about this one, i think mothers might have better leeway with that, unless money clouds their judgement. The daddy might trust friends too much, at the expense of the daughter's happiness. But never say never sha, who knows. # 3 doesnt work anymore. |
PointB: Fashola, the flower planter of Lagos, is just a SW media hype. He is as a mediocre as they come.not sure what your definition of mediocre is, but in any case, you're a nonentity ![]() as per planting flowers, its a strange concept to you, sorry. |
Dee60: Most people 70 years and above in Nigeria do not know their exact birthday. In their time they did not keep records like we do today. Ask any sincere old man and they will all tell you they work with guestimates.i think its the ones from traditional homes who dont know their birthdays. others had their actual birthdays recorded in the church registers by the missionaries and priests. the former [traditionalists] went by age group, i think, meaning the people born around the same season. 70 years isnt that long ago, there are people far older than that who know their dates of birth. |
o tun ti ri'min. always eyeing the cash ![]() |

CocoLoca: One night with this man and i'm made for life!are you insinuating he'll pay more than the market rate, if he swings that way? ![]() he'll pay whatever he feels like paying, maybe his subordinates can finish their salary for you. ![]() |

Just remembering those days when the phone used to stay on top of the telly and anyone who z around answers when it rings.thank you. nowadays, phone has become an extension of self. |
TPia, you baffle me at times with the way you reason or think .... Someone is 78, you come out here and say he is young, then you said you thought he was 80 something? Is there a major difference between 78 and 80something?! Why would you say someone at 78 is young?!
he's 76, gosh, why are you so angry? nigerians and pent up anger, if you dont like him you can just ignore the thread or open one to lambast him, he likes his enemies' hostility anyway. and yes, i thought he was older, what's so strange about that? people have been known to clock 90, @ 76 in times past, many people would still be farming and going about their regular business, back home. |
they are actors. they have to show whatever emotion they feel is appropriate for the situation or script. |
he's still young. thought he was 80 something. |
@ op you should rephrase your question as "Should i be angry when i call someone and their partner or somebody else picks their calls" or "Should i beat up my partner for picking my calls" all these amebo topics are so annoying. too much pent up frustration in most of you, looking for any outlet to offload the chips on your shoulder. ![]() random generalizations can be s.tupid and are often a sign of low intelligence- you do what works for you and let others find their own niche. if you dont want your partner answering your phone, then tell him or her not to, or lock it. One cant be too careful these days, since everybody has various agendas and its hard to trust people even if you're sleeping with them. Some [or most] are spies and gossips. If, however, you dont mind someone else answering your phone, then others should butt out and mtob. these time wasting topics are too many here. |
i think he's from a rich family. |
phone, the new extension of self. ![]() you rate your self worth by your phone. |

Why do some people find it so difficult to understand the bible? for some, they seem to genuinely lack the ability to comprehend what the bible says. This can be due to many reasons, some of which are: 1. They are not used to religion. Such people, if interested, will have to make time out to study the bible. 2. They have reprobate minds. Sometimes, your lifestyle precludes you from understanding the word. 2 tim 3 these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.3. They are antichristian and antichrist and as such, lack a discerning spirit 2 tim 3 this know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:4. They are afraid some people are afraid of "becoming" what they consider "uncool" ie studying the bible too closely might lead to some revision of their accepted status and public image. They might also have to face some aspects of themselves that they'd rather not. So, "why rock the boat" is the general attitude. 1 cor 13 For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully5.More on the status issue: john 3 Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. 2 He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.”Nicodemus probably came secretly in order to avoid being seen by his colleagues. john 19:38 Later, Joseph of Arimathea asked Pilate for the body of Jesus. Now Joseph was a disciple of Jesus, but secretly because he feared the Jewish leaders |
those are the touristy parts of africa, the other option is to show the northern part of the continent, they already do that with the pyramids et all. as to whether africans are intentionally omitted to make them look bad, i have no idea. |
