not front page worthy, i see!!!!! |
i dont understand the write up. i can, however, expound on the christian viewpoint in the appropriate section. |
PointB: Well, Buhari, and Ribadu will feel the same way about Yoruba. So quit that average Igbo man's drivel. No groups trust Yoruba's in Nigeria. That's a fact. But hey, it doesn't mean we can't get along.which part of who cares about your opinion and who is trying to "get along" with you, are you not getting here? identify the yorubas who want to work with you, and get along with them while desisting from disturbing the peace of others who dont engage in all this rigmarole. jeez. |
give your life to Jesus Christ to remove family curse, spirit of madness descending on you and/or your family, etc. |
@ afamthe goat i dont think you're normal. you have serious issues, for real. why not fixate on america and the american national anthem since na there your joblessness dey? |
you folks have nothing else doing that can occupy your time? ![]() |
bjcole: i dnt knw if this topic has been posted b4, but i will like to know if its ok allowing one's wife to see a male gynecologst. Mine had a tear during childbirth, though it was sown, but a family friend that assisted during her recovery used too much of hot water on her. Later we discovered d stiches was coming out. So a midwife introduced us to a male gynecologist to restich it. So i will like 2 knw 4rm ladies if its just ok & 4rm guys, any emotional truama after this, though my wife is ok wit it.episiotomies are pretty routine- not sure why this is generating so much discussion. if you dont want your wife seeing a male gyne then by all means ask for a female one. its not a big deal, imo, and i personally think the issues should relate to how experienced the doctor is, not what gender is the doctor, but to each his own. if you're concerned about the doctor's professionalism, then that's a different matter. |
afam4eva: my osiso mama.... |
i think some people need to stop fixating on which tribe is what, or whoever, and find other things to do. the world doesnt revolve around igbo and yoruba. there is flooding- go and help your brothers and sisters who are in dire straits. |
i think the names are chosen by the forecasters, and they're pre-listed in alphabetical order. |
Uyi Iredia: I think the university education is much overrated. There are viable options such as catering schools, film schools(e.g PEFTI) etc.People should realize that in life it's not degrees that count but making do with what you have between your ears.catering schools instead of university education? ![]() hmm, well i guess if it makes the person happy, after all, not everybody likes going to a university, and from what i hear, efforts are being made to discourage nigerians in this area. |
And He Did encouraged them to obey the ritual laws ![]() what's the question? I dont see any ritual here. Luke 5:14 Then Jesus ordered him, "Don't tell anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them."so the healed man could be certified clean. if he didnt do that, he'd still be considered unclean. priests sometimes doubled as health inspectors back then. |
plappville: Thanks, So why did Jesus say this?verse 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.the pharisees had an outward appearance of godliness [obeying the law] but in their hearts did not serve or fear God. He also said He Didnt come to destroy the law! Matt. 5:17.mat 5 17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. |
not sure if you folks are referring to graphic design or actual quanto-physics, but its fairly obvious there must be a fourth dimension even though its not visible to the n.aked eye. |
@ poster times change as you well know. enough of the crocodile tears sweetie. |
I do get dayokanu's point however ( i think) which is, in these days of yahooyahoo, globalization and 419 scamming, its difficult to say young men in nigeria do not also come with their own baggage. |
You think naija people will still not find out about that past? leaving her life behind and escaping to naija is not the solution. She may still meet what she is running from there, even in a worse way.
You have a point but at the same time, it depends because on average, nigerians overseas do tend to have more baggage than those at home, speaking of the youths here, not the aristos back in nigeria. And also depending on location, generally speaking. |
Obelomo: One of my freinds is in the states she is 26, but she has bad past relationships. She is planning to be a single parent, plus she does not want to go to Nigeria and bring anyone here. Although, all the akata guys in her area are useless. Should she search a little more for mister right before she makes that decision? She can also let people know she is searching. Sometimes they do come up with good options although admittedly nothing is guaranteed in this life. This is why i often encourage well to do nigerian ladies to get involved in welfare ( eg the current flood situation in nigeria) et all. You just never know where you can meet someone. |
jidegirl12: Honestly, that's the last resort, I have many young girls I mentor in my church, and I sponsor too, I always tell them the same thing , I sent one home to stay with her grandpa for almost a year, she's engaged now, and happy( ps; result may vary but high chance of it happening)Thats quite interesting. |
Be patient, you will get there. |
Time travel features prominently in this book Protagonist is a young boy One character is a wanderer due to his past Author's name starts with an S |
Ok, i'll check it out sometime. |
Depends on what someone considers attractive in others. |
Time space continuum. Trying to go back in time , an impossibility, generally speaking. Inasmuch as time and the earth do not stand still. |
what crimes has nigeria done that USA, Ghana, Japan, England etc has not donehope s/he can answer this question without going haywire? |
just explain your ghana stuff before going off on a tangent. i believe that was what got you agitated before? |
i've seen a lot of folks look down on some part of scriptureno biggie. no be today. depends on individual mindset. anyone looking at people for inspiration, will lose their faith very quickly. quite unbiblical too. look at Jesus, not humans. |
^madam, please pray for yourself, not me. the spirit operating in you isnt necessarily the same one which operated in Jesus Christ. if you disagree, go and read your bible without strange utterances cluttering your mind. |
