Islam › Re: Kuwaiti Prince Abdullah al-Sabah Converted To Christianity by tpia5: 12:32am On Jan 23, 2012
Its very hard to find an arab name that isnt generic, so who knows the thousands or millions of people who probably have similar sounding names as the man in question.

So, only God knows the truth behind this matter.

In any case, i think we all know how dangerous it would be, if true, if the guy did indeed convert to Christianity.

I doubt he could convert and remain in the kingdom, though i could be wrong. Depending on which brand of Islam they practice, even his own family members and close associates could go after him.

Very dangerous indeed.

The Ocean affecting  Lagos can never give the SE access to the Ocean.
maybe some are hoping the disappearance of the lower parts of the coast jutting out into the sea, are what will give them access to the ocean.

the convoluted thinking occasionally takes time to decipher.
Dating And Meet-up Zone › Re: Does A White Guy Have Any Hope? by tpia5: 9:51pm On Jan 22, 2012
the ones abroad do oh.

that could also explain why ladies are going straight to the source (ie nigeria) these days to get a man, in search of the real thing and not lilyfooting.

although the ones in nigeria will also soon turn into the ones in diaspora, and in that case i guess women will look elsewhere for the real stuff.
Politics › Re: Tension In Onitsha Over Ejection Of Yoruba, Hausa Traders.reprisal? by tpia5: 9:41pm On Jan 22, 2012
sounds like some people are desperately pushing for their folks to stay in kano as fodder for boko haram.

no need to wonder why- all along i've been asking what are the assets of those folks in the north.

You rocked up to a site(not even a dating site) and put out your details to total strangers. Some girl you don't even know was nice to you, then out of the blue you want to exchange e-mails. If you're not creepy, you certainly very forward.
@ bolded

people do that all the time, no biggie.

i think the real issue here is is he a nigerian fronting as a white guy.

Sure White guys bring out freak in them they give them more head and less intercourse  than what they usually receive
i guess you folks have to work on the actual thing then if that's what your women prefer.

just speaking generally.

not sure how youths of today are doing things in any case.

back in my day there was no facebook, no www, no cell phones, texting, etc.

we had more real-time interactions, as opposed to these online ones.

i wonder what its like to have your whole life revolving around being mapped, documented, photographed , interneted, displayed on facebook, texted, cell phoned, yimmed, skyped, etc etc.

and we're not even in outer space yet as far as i know.
Webmasters › Re: Facebook Makes Us Sad (Research). Duh? by tpia5: 8:31pm On Jan 22, 2012
people generally try to look happy and relaxed when posing for the camera.

facebook being photo based, will reflect that.

The introduction goes on to state Facebook enables people to present themselves and their life circumstances the way they would like them to be seen. According to the study, those who actually know their Facebook friends in person and who don't spend as much time staring at pictures of allegedly happy "friends" but rather spend more time actually socializing with their friends are less unhappy than others.

In other words, Facebook users, you know those people you've never met but you call your friends? The ones who post all the braggy status updates and the smiling snapshots of themselves doing a lot of really cool things?

Well, they're not always smiling. They worry about bills and illness and whether they're important or loved and a thousand other things just like you. The only difference is that they're going out and doing things they enjoy, with people they enjoy being with. And then they're posting those pictures on the internet. That's it; that's the difference between them and you. Try it and you'll see.

Lagos and the entire SW will soon be wiped out by and covered in water from Atlantic Ocean occasioned by the global warming and water rise: Let me know where the Yoruba monsters peeps will run to, I mean the ones that survived from the storm, probably not East cos we won't grant them visas nor up north because boko haram will be out to use them for suya. grin grin grin grin grin

Below is the condition of Yoruba land in years to come: Read it up for your wise decisions soon to come.

"The effects of sea-level rise will be most “dramatic” in Nigeria's economic capital Lagos which is just five metres above sea level, with some parts of the city lying below sea-level, Cramer said.

The flooding is likely be most severe in Lagos because of its position at the southern end of the Gulf of Guinea where stronger tropical storms from the South Atlantic create storm surges up to three metres high, Cramer said. He estimates that most of the 15 million inhabitants of Lagos will be displaced."

and what do you think will happen to the lower parts of the nigerian coast, seeing lagos is farther away to the north?

duh.

killings in the north have been going on for over five decades [possibly longer]- is the concept behind boko haram a new thing?

Politics › Re: Why Are Some Christains Enjoying It Anytime People Are Killed In The North? by tpia5: 10:32am On Jan 22, 2012
We all know BH haram doesn't represent the north or Muslims
let's stop saying that, since it isnt helping in any way.

boko haram are muslims and say they are fighting for Islam.

regardless who their sponsors are, what is needed are scholars and verses from the koran showing them that isnt the way they're supposed to go about it.

though admittedly it might be dangerous for any scholar to oppose them since they'll probably just take the person out.

I need someone to come and get her
no, you do not need someone to come and get her.

you need to get your azz to an actual physical location and hand the baby over to a verifiable organization certified by the state to handle such matters. Even if it entails placing the baby at the door!!

in a civilized country, this type of thread should trigger an investigation of the website and persons involved.
