if ogbemudia ran to onitsha them maybe he had people there. did he fight on the biafran side during the war, or why was he wanted by the nigerian army. |
lakal:nice. i'm not familiar with this type of traditional thatching. the extremely few ones i know of, are just regular thatches covering small barns. this one is very impressive. Looks like waves. oh well, corrugated iron took over everything when it came out. the nigerian govt should really look into establishing a history village somewhere in nigeria like the ones in the US showcasing ancient ways of life. |
why is everybody so fascinated with yoruba? ![]() they're ugly, they're dirty, they have high divorce, they're this, they're that yet still some people do nothing besides fixate on them. which kain nonsense be this nah. |
and who have you seen converting here or what exactly is your business with yoruba? ![]() i thought you're not even nigerian? this is the kind of association that's setting off bombings and killing people all over nigeria. ![]() may God have mercy on you. if anything at all it's the christians on nl who are converting to islam so what are you so afraid of. ![]() |
A muslim woman should be 2nd, 3rd or 4th wife of a believer instead of being my one and only to a disbeliever.what if no believers are available, or the ones who are, already have up to ten wives or above and arent willing to take on more. maybe things are tough due to the economic recession. can the woman consider dating outside her religion then. oun to yeni lo yeni. Yeri o yeti okunrin. I know they are doing it now; this is blatant disregard to natural law.which natural law is that. just curious. |
@ cine does graphene have any practical applications yet? ![]() Is it being used in anything and has nanotechnology itself advanced past the theoretical stage. If yes, examples? ![]() Just curious. |
How much money are they asking for? ![]() I think you should find out if they'll agree to something you can afford, first. Issues like these can wreck a family if not handled with care. The land shouldnt still be in dispute after 70 years but well, that's life. |
probably used for s.perm banks maybe. or what other uses are there? |
^^what exactly are they doing? can you explain a bit- one keeps hearing so much about nanotechnology. i do know gadgets are getting smaller and smaller. |
my question is if no suitable muslim men are available for a muslim lady who wants to marry, can she be freed to consider single non-muslims eg christians [maybe nominal ones]. these days with so many women overseas and earning good money even in nigeria, it kind of narrows the dating pool sometimes. |
He is trying to say he never fornicatedi dont think that's what he said. |
@ thread and topic omg, the poster is surely in for a very nasty surprise which might knock her socks off should someone decide to elaborate more on what she started here? ![]() this isnt the first time these pictures have been pasted on nl- did you really post them innocently or is there more to it? ![]() were they forwarded to you with instructions to start a thread? |
The person who asked is a christiani seriously doubt that. |
https://cdn.bellanaija.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/Sherif-Shagaya-Maryam-Tukur-Wedding-Cultural-Night-BELLA-NAIJA-Feb-2011-011-600x400.jpg
this one is more beautiful than the lady with long weave that's being shouted about, imo. not saying that other lady isnt pretty, but its a bit of overhype. |
does the man have a comma? |
raw food can look disgusting before it's prepared but i get your point. |
most of the ones who like abusing their female nigerian relatives also dont speak good english. I wonder why. a few do, but majority of them dont. |
Freiburger:surely you dont want to run mouth here? ![]() |
blonde haired mermaidlong haired mermaid, not blonde one. if they do blonde in your area, then that's a recent thing. how has artificial hair affected the mammy water line of business i wonder. |
hausa and Fulani have Arabic heritage? Majority of their features are of Arab features.the culture is araboid and besides that, many hausas intermarry heavily with arabs. |
The real fact here is negative publicity from or about ghana tends to be suppressed while any negative thing concerning nigeria is trumpeted and broadcast on cnn and bbc. Who is fooling who here? ![]() The problem with nigerians is when they're suffering and smiling in foreign countries they'd keep their big mouths shut out of fear of embarassment and also low self esteem aka self hating syndrome. So they paint everything rosy and try to convince themselves it is so. Forgetting there's such a thing as relativity. The way most of these people talk, one would assume they've reached paradise. |
Its not that bad (ketchup) but its not usually eaten with bread. It typically goes with fried potato or fried yam. |
does this stem from maryam babangida's better life for rural women program or is it something else. They [nlers] seem preoccupied with better and just use the word freely even in the face of evidence to the contrary. |
https://www.marketzoneng.com/mz_admin/upload/products/brighter-grammar-book1.jpg this book was invaluable to me back in the day. what are the kids in nigeria using now? |
didnt really want to post this on nl [i saw it before], but here's a photo of the lady and her daughter: https://weddingtrendy.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/doyin-Abiola-and-her-daughter-Doyin.jpg |
