96% of the universe is made up of dark energy and matter, things that we know nothing about
as was being discussed on another thread, darkness itself was earth's natural state before light was formed.

her name is folake odutola and she's from ogun state.

her sister married haruna danjuma.

http://www.nigerianbestforum.com/generaltopics/?p=105310

i think i didnt include her on the yoruba women thread because of the personal issues with lanre nzeribe and co.

but yes, she's yoruba and looks the same.

daisy danjuma [2nd photo] is related to her mother. No doubt the other lady in the picture, who you were insulting, is related to them as well.
Culture › Re: The Beauty Of Northern Nigerian Women by tpia5: 10:35pm On Oct 08, 2011
^^haruna is an exclusively male name.

secondly, i saw her photo while i was posting on the southwestern women thread- didnt include it for some reason which i cant recall now.

i think the lady is linked to one of the "oshos" though i'm not sure.

btw you might have meant to post halima danjuma's photo.

i think the picture labelled haruna is yoruba.

isnt she an ogun or lagos state lady.

the name eludes me at the moment.

did anyone bump into you on your way from the bank.

That's a very common scenario in nigeria for goodness sake.

Face palm.

people vomiting life animals like bats, lizards etc and those other crazy tales is what baffles me the most. . .When will people post video recordings of such?
i see such videos all the time, in movies.

its usually called special effects but nowadays there's also CGI which is taking over.

pDude:
@tpia- when I said 'we lived in a closed compound', I didn't mean my fellow corps member and I.

'We' refers to the landlord, his wife and their daughter, together with myself.
hmm, so you know more about that particular room than the landlord who owns the place. And also his wife and daughter. Even though they lived there most likely longer than you.

ok!!!!

Actually, it was my compound. My guys didn't live in that compound so I solely had the key to that storage room. The padlock used was my door's padlock which I temporarily removed for that purpose, with only me having the key.

Your mind is made up sha cos nothing anyone says here will move you. So why don't we all just believe what we want to.
^^most padlocks have more than one key sweetie.

the fact is you thought the room was secure.

but was it actually.

and as it is, you are the one refusing to consider any other scenarios here.

juju works on the mind, ie its strength is in belief.

History is mostly true to the extent of story teller’s recollection. As I referenced in my previous post, most towns in Yoruba land as lately as 1980 were one-road town. Otta was practically a village in 1980. Even Abeokuta was all about one thorough road in and out of the city. I am not even going to mention Oshogbo, Ogbomosho, Ado Ekiti, Ile-Ife or Akure. Badagry was a fisherman village in 1980. Even my lovely Ijebu Ode town was a farmer’s village then.

As for British upland move away from mosquito infested swampy Lagos to Abeokuta, you claimed many number of reasons manifested such move including hostility of Lagosians. I am not surprised you decided to diminish the menace of little creatures. Anyway by 1861, all forms of hostility by inhabitants of Lagos had been swept under the rug by the British forces. Even King Kosoko turned tail and ran as fast as his legs could sustain and I gathered he did not run far.
quite misleading and very untrue.

i doubt i'm even going to bother correcting your post.

@ topic

let's learn how to talk with sense plz.

this is the same attitude that keeps nigerians in danger in the north, where they're simply regarded as fodder anytime there's civil unrest.

what the returnees need to do now is focus on getting the govt to assist them instead of uttering careless and misleading statements.

If libya is such a paradise, then what exactly are the rebels fighting for and why was gadaffi overthrown?

undecided undecided considering I was the one with the key

Dude, we lived in a closed compound. The goat was locked in one of the rooms. So till date, I still dunno how it escaped.
^^no one else had a key and neither did you go to sleep talkless somebody taking the key and returning it before you woke up. cheesy

oya, counter that and lets proceed from there.
