Oh well, cant argue the point, really. |
Btw a guy here said some igbo men in south africa were touching his wife's butt in a supermarket, so i guess there's no longer any real difference per se. With globalization and all. |
@ da doctor what is tsek? Cameroon? ![]() Usually, yoruba men men will assess the woman first to see if she's the type to play away matches. Now, if she's foreign looking, that typically is viewed as an "open season" so to speak and they will try their luck even if they see a ring on her finger. If she's fully yoruba but light skinned, good figure and with dressing that accentuates the figure, then they will also interpret that as an invitation to try their luck. Yoruba men are very adept at sizing up women and generally will not waste their time with a lady who they feel wont "pay" them. I'm not sure if yorubas or igbos have a higher adultery rate but there may be more igbos who make business or success a priority ahead of any other thing (even sex), than among yorubas who typically are more laidback and eager to have relationships with anyone. |
Seriously, a woman who thought she was abacha's mistress and went looking for him at aso rock was flogged and thrown in jail on mariam or whoever's orders. Left to me, any woman showing up in this manner at somebody's burial, should be dealt with. Lord have mercy because such stories are so embarassing and a stain on the church even if they're not true. |
I think it might depend on individual cultures. I'm not used to the concept of a woman claiming her husband's place of origin if she's not from there. Unless maybe she has a long familiarity with the area. Dad's hometown + or - place of birth are what people usually go by. |
^Having a male organ isnt all there is to being a man. Try to broaden your mind or else like i pointed out before, you will soon leave the dl lifestyle for a fully gaay one. |
I dont know where the other poster got his own name from. The article clearly says the man named his unborn grandson omobolaji. |
Dem just release me todayno thanks to whoever did that. |

i mean a lady who couldnt have kids and a boy who was unwanted by his parents. they could have helped each other cope with life. just theorizing here. was my post really that hard to understand? ![]() |
omobawoji-which may translate to "child that comes to meet wealth when I am goneno, that's not the translation or the name. Omobolaji means child comes with wealth, or child arrives with wealth. anyway, may the man rip. very sad situation. |
Yorubas say eni lori o ni fila eni ni fila o lori. When a boy is being maltreated by his mother because he's disturbing her marriage, and here was someone who died suffered a lot of pain related to the fact that she couldnt have children. They could have helped each other. O ma se o. Lord have mercy. |
Removing the womb leads to a drop in oestrogen levels. Oestrogen affects mood and she should definitely have been on hormone therapy and still been seeing a doctor because her symptoms would be similar to what happens during menopause, i think. Too late to check all that now or to find out if she continued with her medication while in england. May she rip. |
By the time he develops multiple boils on his p***nis he will stop. |
lord have mercy. the story is clearer now. |
i do think swimming should be prioritized for nigerians in general. lord have mercy. |
the wife said it was accidental- people should stop these alarmist headlines. |
^^that's very likely, but it might be more of a middle belt/midwestern name imo. Perhaps lagos. I'm thinking kogi in this instance. |
i'm not sure the overseas plantain is the proper type. i've tried boiling plantains on a number of occasions and they tend to come out soggy. maybe i was doing something wrong or the plantains were too ripe perhaps. try unripe plantain. not sure for how long, etc. |
