MRbrownJAY:
@poster
as much as you may be right, some deserve to be mocked and ridiculed (start with all the ladies selling themselves short for recharge cards, a couple of thousand ₦ and what not)!

i can find many reasons why i would mock and ridicule SOME 9ja sistas but, what you have to understand is that, if any of the posters you mentioned feel so deeply about our sistas then they have the right to put their point across. . . . . . . . . . . . and you to respond or ignore their post!

expecting everyone in 9ja to praise 9ja women is not only childish but DANGEROUS!!!!!
since you rarely have anything to do with nigerian women, you shouldnt be on this thread.

are they disturbing you where you are?
Romance › Re: Why Do Nigerian Man Prefer S. A Women Over Nigerian Women? by tpia5: 7:17am On Nov 26, 2010
swoosh:
You are most probably impotent ( I hear impotent men are very angry people) - Sorry- Again not my fault!

I have seen your angry outbursts in earlier pages of this thread- Page 10 for instance)- but I can now understand why - importence is the only reason why you would be so angry when women with curves and hips and SA-type behinds are discussed- you probably wish for them but you are unable to do anything with them-

For your information, and to answer your earlier question, there's a healthy and potentially socially beneficial benefit to having curvacious women around. Research has shown that this can be a healthy substitute for hard substances. See link below

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/7306919/Looking-at-a-curvy-women-gives-men-same-high-as-drugs.html

One last advice my brother (as I wont be responding to you after this unfortunately  lipsrsealed lipsrsealed)- learn anger management, else even when you eventually cure your importence (I pray) , you would not be able to live with any woman.

@El-Guapo- I still maintain we are not fighting (at least not me)- just trying to help a brother who is struggling to appreciate the harsh realities of life and chooses rather to vent frustrations on others at a public forum
like i told you before, you are useless, a m.oron and a dumbass.

nigeria needs less of your type and more miscreants and criminals like you need to be shipped down south.

you will not be missed.

@topic

middle belt is just that: middle.

meaning geographical location which also corresponds with ethnicity.
Politics › Re: Definition Of Middle Belt by tpia5: 9:34pm On Nov 25, 2010
During my primary school days,we were taught that the rivers Niger and Benue split Nigeria into three unequal parts forming an imperfect Y on the Nigerian map
huh

has any map proved otherwise? huh

Er-em, When Obama started his campaign the world laughed, 'he's black!', his middle name is Hussein!', 'he's from Kenya!', 'there has never been a black president!' Where are those haters/critcs now?
they're very much around and their numbers are growing by the day.
TV/Movies › Re: Brazil Seeks Nigeria's Help In Movie Making. by tpia5: 9:30pm On Nov 25, 2010
Nigeria is a country where, for instance, you can make a hit movie using your Iphone camera
shocked shocked

hollywood itself wouldnt mind that kind of production if it didnt compromise quality, i'm sure.
TV/Movies › Re: Brazil Seeks Nollywood Expertise In Film Making by tpia5: 9:27pm On Nov 25, 2010
What can they teach the Brazilians?
i'm also wondering.

i think the reporter probably got things mixed up.

Nigeria can teach distribution and Brazil can teach quality
maybe that's what this is about because it's very confusing otherwise.

grin you do know monique is married right ? actually she has what they call an open marriage. she can do whatever and her hubby can do whatever too on the side. 2 freaky people. adewale is not married to my knowledge. i guess he not in a hurry to give up half of his loot grin seeing as most marriages end in divorce anyway (or at least the ones in america and england). as per the hat ? more power to you tpia. knock yourself out grin but dont be surprised when birds start nesting on your head when you got it on
lol.

i'm not rapunzel, and your imaginative is overactive. wink

but i prefer monique's own.

it looks better. Coupled with some ear muffs, that's a knockout.

I have a friend who just lèft for the UK, he saved up close to £12,000 for the trip, he's 2 months old in UK now and he's already complaining of lack of job, i felt like breaking his head, do you know what biz he could have done with £12k? Even 1/3 of that money is enough to earn a good living.
people dont mind going to any expense simply in order to experience travelling abroad.

regular power and water supply, good roads, seeing non-nigerians up close, mixing with different nationalities, etc etc.

although strangely enough, even in south africa where all these are available, the citizens there still migrate to europe.

like everybody in my neighborhood (never mind the fact that almost all their parents were rich, some of their parents owned banks on allen avenue, some of their parents owned huge businesses ), despite all of that everybody wanted to go to london and most of them actually stole stuff from home, sold it and ran to london. almost everybody in the whole ikeja wanted to be in london   funny shytttt . this phenomenon was so laughable because every time boys got together, the conversation almost always revolved around who went to london, who came back from london, did you see the sneakers he got from london, i need to get to london, oxford street, bond street , etc etc
exactly.

Britain is a tiny island that is growing massively through immigration, Britain simply cannot sustain the massive amount of immigration seen in the past 5 years. It cannot incur unlimited immigration
even though many of your posts are flat out crazy, you do have a point.

i also do not think the UK can cope with unlimited, massive immigration.
Culture › Re: White American Girl Speaking Yoruba by tpia5: 6:49am On Nov 25, 2010
an excellent pairing to studying journalism. I want to be a journalist in Nigeria someday.
that explains a lot.

I started speaking Yoruba because I felt something I loved when I traveled to Angola with RISE International a few years ago. I had the experience of my life and I wanted to do anything to go back to Africa
dont really get the connection between yoruba and angola [besides the africa one], but ok.

and yes, your yoruba is improving.

I dnt want any body to bother, but to examine theirselves and make haste for a change. Noticeably mst educatd yoruba man wld prefer other tribes than theirs, why? Cos when u even marry them they wld be lazy&relunctant to enter d kitchen. Dats when they wld be seeking 4d service of a house-help dat wld take care of their responsible as a woman, wife and mother. Pls dnt bother, but make amend, which is key to a sweet sweet home of good meal

good point.

if all able bodied people in britain decided to work, will there be enough work for all of them ?arent some people just supposed to be on welfare while the rest of the work is shared out amongst the rest ?
interesting question.

^^seriously, i've seen that hat on a vip somewhere.

not sure, but i think it was kate middleton or somebody.

it looks ordinary at first, but when monique put it on, i went "wowza!"

her face was transformed immediately and she suddenly looked super classy.

i dont think it looked as good on the other lady though. Maybe she wore it wrong.

@monique style

i guess she has it like that.

i hope the lady isnt a flirt because adewale was getting carried away shocked

is he married sef.

not sure if he was feeling any of the women there though (he is twice their ages lol ), i think he was just being jovial and nice.
really?

I thought he was really rolling with monique.

maybe because she's the host I guess.

but there was definitely some bonhomie there which wasnt so obvious with the other lady.

for someone who never went to acting school he sure is a great actor.
I agree.

oh yeah the hat is very chic if you are a deranged jamaican woman
if I see that hat ( and it's affordable), I'll buy it for winter.

It adds automatic class to the wearer.

You see it and  think "Oprah gift", or "Photo op with the president of an European country", or " Ski vacation"

1, triple the cost of tuition fees (no more free ride)
this makes it harder to get an education.

2, they capped the number of immigrants to just 22 thousand a year
is that possible? huh  generally speaking.

3, you dont own your council flats forever like people used to. now its on a 2 year contract basis
hmm.

and once your situation improves they throw you out
i think clinton tried something similar called a welfare to work program.

but no one was thrown out of their flats sha.

you were just given some training and told to find a job or else lose your benefits.

4, deporting anything moving (10,000 nigerians about to be deported )
are you serious. I heard deportations are too costly though.

5, cracking down on all sham marriages
hmm, well.
