Why did jamb lower the cut off point when the universities have limited number of spaces?

I assume the newer (possibly federal) universities might be underserved, but perhaps the cut off points should be lowered for them specifically, rather than across board.

Women are the ones who are competing for male attention, and as such, they are also the ones who badmouth their fellow women in the game. I think one of the options jamb should consider is allowing students to choose a university of lesser enrollment when filling out the jamb form.

For example, assuming students are allowed two or three choices of university, make one of the choices a university which is in need of more students.

Say an applicant has unilag as first choice, then second choice should be a university with low enrollment, and third choice can again be a university of high enrollment.

The students of course have to know which universities are seeking to boost enrollment, in order to make informed decisions.

Civil servants are government workers, public servants are government employees.
