Well, sincerely l love the part of you that reawakes our security consciousness! But the thin line there is that, are you for the grant success or otherwise?? An unbending stance from you will be more appreciated, sir.
We can only be talking about success when we have a real grant. Since there is no grant, people are only wasting their time, money, effort etc.

Mark my words, it will end in spectacular failure

Now, even if TELPECON truly has a grant, it can be more than 100, 000 dollars. Which is too small to even satisfy a cluster. No country or organisation will transfer that amount of money (700 billion dollars) just like that. Even real NGOs/aids agencies like Oxfam, Save the children, Red cross, etc. dont even have a budget that big. The yearly revenue of each of India, Brazil, Spain, Norway, Russia (yes!), Canada, Switzerland, South Africa, Turkey, Australia, Sweden, Singapore, South Korea is not up to $700 billion. And many of these countries are developed countries.

TELPECON has no structure, reputation, expertise and it's just a scam.

Why would CBN transfer money to TELPECON to give Nigerians when the same CBN is currently giving Nigerians covid 19 money through banks.

720 billion dollars will ruin the economy beyond repair through inflation. Why would the CBN that is in charge of controlling inflation now release money that will cause inflation?

LASTEST AUDIO MESSAGE FROM A FRIEND OF ELOMAMA

AND l QUOTE VERBATIM "l called elomama but never picked up, but later he called back as we talked for a longtime on phone. We discussed some of those things elomama made mention of, in his message shared yesterday. Elomama told me that the money had been withdrawn from CBN to a bank account in the country since last year. See, the actual amount is not even 700billion but 720billion! Let's calm down as our money is intact cos some high profile personality are already involved. Elomama said we should give him now to two weeks as we continue to pray for him. Alert is our birthright".

These are few cogent words l've been able to grasp from that audio.

Is it convincing enoughhuh

Hopeful analysts in the house, it's up to you!!!!!
Didn't Elomama himself say he was only waiting for alert from CBN last year?

Was it not supposed to be from CBN to TELPECON to NGO to clusters before? Why this new mystery account?

If truly money has been transferred to a secret account, then the TELEX copy, consultant issue are fake and diversionary? Then Nkanta and co are not to blame. Then the circulating video about Nkanta and co is just to deceive people. It's the secret account move by CBN.

Why would CBN transfer money meant for Nigerians to a secret account? Account with who? To achieve what? Safekeeping? gringrin Banks in Nigeria have accounts with CBN. They statutorily keep money with CBN. The CBN maintains the accounts of the FGN.

With all these shenanigans with this grant, why are these so-called foreign donors still quiet? Are they living on Mars?

Why is this mystery account info just coming out now. Worse still, in a private conversation? Why didnt/can't he publicly address his donor (aka beneficiaries) about it? Info as important as this.

Why story upon story upon story?
CrimeRe: Do You Know Anything About TELPECON? by tplayer:
My response to Elomama's letter to donors (aka beneficiaries)

A) "Restoration can only be done in the presence of a general assembly" Really? Doesnt this look like a delay tactic straight out of Elomama's playbook? gringringrin General assembly is a larger body than BOT na. But we know, it's all a load of hogwash to buy more time. grin

B) "I don't have access to TELPECON account". No person with a soupçon of sense is expecting you to be the sole signatory to a corporate account at TELPECON. The account itself is of little or no value since donors(aka beneficiaries) did not directly pay money into it. Whatever is in that account is what you top level scammers decide to put in it from money collected from gullible fellows. gringrin

C) " I don't have personal contact with CBN staff." You? A whole president of TELPECON? Yet gullible people still think you have money with CBN. I know some will scream CONSULTANT. Just imagine Subomi Balogun, the doyenne of banking in Nigeria and founder of FCMB, saying I don't have any contacts at CBN because I am no longer the CEO of FCMB. gringrin You are even the current president of TELPECON and not one low-level employee and you have been trying to withdraw money from CBN for years now, whether or not a consultant is involved is pretty much immaterial.

D) "I am not a weak leader." Oga you are weak and ignorant of how to access grants. (one part of me says you damn well know there is no money any where.) No country or organisation in its right senses will just transfer that amount of money to you like that, no matter how altruistic your reasons may be. gringrin You are not red cross, red crescent, oxfam, save the children, etc. na. And why did it not make international news? And why will CBN transfer money to your amorphous organisation when there are banks to do the disbursement? gringringrin

E) "Have I done wrong to stand against evil conspiracy?" What evil conspiracy? BS! You promised to deliver on/before December. In fact you were just expecting alert from CBN, according to you. After your spectacular failure, you said "i was given an offer I could not refuse." gringrin Now it's a telex copy causing an evil conspiracy? Conspiracy by ur consultant (your co-scammer) to purloin millions/billions of fake grant? Or a telex copy now will block disbursement? I will expose that prof Nkanta soon. He's likely a fake.gringringrin

Note that Elomama didn't give any serious, official info concerning the state of things. Just the usual empty nonsense.

To be honest with you, the account about they moving from Bayelsa to Ife and then to their current settlement in ondo state was what I read. According to that account , which I don't clearly remember again, it was a trip to visit oduduwa or so but they never returned back to Bayelsa from that trip.

But the account that I trust more is the one orally passed to me by my father which he got orally from his own parent. In that account Apoi migrated from Bayelsa to thier current settlement in ondo state in search of better fishable water. They found the current settlement suitable for their fishing profession and settled there long long time ago. As you probably know, Ijaws are fishers.
OK. Thanks for you perspective. Away from history, how do you view your man Agbo politically and socially?

2). They were also looking for documents in SEM;now they are also looking for "telex copy" and others gringrin

Right from the onset this thing was brought to my attention, I saw straight through the scam.

As Nigerians, we hold ourselves the duty to be honest with ourselves to grow collectively. We can blame the government as we like, although not giving excuse for any Nigeria government, but we have created a society where quick money, laziness, lack of critical thinking, getting rich by putting people in misery over providing quality services and getting rewards, work smartly, acquiring knowledge and helping one another.

As I said, the problem of Nigeria lies in the collective desire of the people. Our collective disere is to dupe one another, steal, fake promises, kill and destroy to acquire wealth fast. No patience to build and provide services.

We need reorienration.
Respect!
