Guys, make no mistake about this ongoing TELPECON/SEM madness; It will take 2-5 years for it to die out unless government comes down hard on those bastards.

Unless government does the needful, donors (aka beneficiaries) should continue to expect more and more meaningless updates.

What donors(aka beneficiaries) will start saying when they are fed-up:

1) Did I use your money?

2) I paid only a small amount/ I didn't pay at all

3) Life goes on. You win some and lose some.

5) Life is all about risks. I took a risk. (expect this statement from top risk managers)
