My electrical guy tested my Honda civic 2007 radio/sound system and revealed that all my 4 car speakers (2 door, 2 back) are bad.

Can someone help recommend where I can get replacements?

Just got a Nigerian used ES300 Lexus last month and I noticed it jerks when it when it changes from gear 1 to 2 but other gears select perfectly... Please what do you suggest it's the problem and what can I do

Please who has experience with this car, how durable is it, what's the availability of part like and any other information will be appreciated.
My Google finding shows it was co produced with Rover and Honda.
My fear is its a British design and very few on the road.
What's your take.

If seller sold you the car with a bad engine, mobilizing ekelebe make im rest small for Police cell, or more preferably soldier guardroom, until he refunds fully or replaces engine is cheaper than vomiting 450k in this Buhari times.

On the other hand, if you paid anything above 2m for that car and it has a bad engine, seller is beyond redemption.. He should be shot dead on sight

A friend gave me the task of getting a Tokumbo Corolla for him and I have been on it for few weeks now. In this assignment I've come to realize that Corolla is now more expensive than the following vehicles:

Toyota Camry
Toyota Highlander
Acura MDX
Nissan Pathfinder
Honda Accord
Etc

It's just crazy!!! How can I pay over 3 million naira for a 2003 Corolla? How? I've told him I won't continue in the quest unless he makes another choice.

But why are people so in love with Corolla? I know that the car is strong and reliable, but it's definitely not the only strong and reliable car out there. When we were still in school, whether you scored 70% or 100%, it is "A". So if Toyota Corolla is good at 100%, there are still others that are good at 90%; both are good.

In place of Corolla, we still have Honda Civic, Mazda3, Hyundai Elantra, Kia Forte, Nissan Sentra, Camry, accord etc. They may not be as good as Corolla, but they are definitely not too bad. My opinion

Please I need your informed suggestions on the best areas within Lagos where I can currently get a half plot of land for 15 - 25million Naira. I am particularly looking at areas with the following features:

- Great Security (very low armed robbery incidence rates, low concentration of louts)
- Decent phcn power (at least 10 - 15hours daily)
- Nearness to social facilities like shopping malls, supermarkets, nice relaxation spots etc
- Non-swampy or prone to flooding

The areas I'm considering that fit the above requirements are Ogudu, Ogba, Isheri-Olowora axis, Ikate, Argungi or any area on the island not beyond Chevron.

Please advise whether and where I can get a half plot of land within the stated budget in these areas or any other area in Lagos that you know is also suitable. Note that Ibafo-Mowe (distance), OPIC estate (flooding), Ikorodu, Iyana-Ipaja/Egbeda/Alimosho (distance), Lagos Island (louts), Ajah (poor security and distance), Agege/Iju/Agbado/Abule-egba axis (poor roads and louts) are out of my consideration due to the various factors already highlighted.

So if employer didn't pay December salary, what happened to his November, October, September salaries? Without December salary he won't eat? If that's the case, it means he doesn't deserve any job if he cannot save.

That's not any excuse for a staff to break work ethics, it's even the more reason for you to tender a resignation letter as stipulated in your offer letter.

I have worked severally in many organizations, but I still maintain cordial relationship with all of them, even the ones that treated me badly.

Do your part even if your employer is not doing his/her part.

Thanks to Iyke Collins for supplying my 05 MDX Engine, Iyke sold me a very sound Honda J35A5 Engine. Ever since the engine got installed over a month ago, it has been running smoothly with no issues.

Iyke is a sure plug, I didn't meet him physically before we transacted, I only read previous reviews and saw that he is verified and I contacted him. Lo and behold, I contacted another Nairalander ( Tpound ) to help with the engine inspection which he did and certified it to be of good compression. I wasn't fully convinced and ordered a VIN check for the engine. VIN check came clean (181k miles for an 05 engine with good service history) and I paid for the engine.

When buying things like Toks car engines, the seller's integrity plays a huge factor as the source of the engine has to be clean and direct. That is exactly what Iykecollins has proven with this engine I bought from him.

Lest I forget, I did some little market survey before buying from Iyke and his price was also at advantage above other ladipo sellers.

Keep up the good job Iykecollins and I wish you more sales and greater heights.
