atheistandproud: This argument is mad sha lol
Personally, from what I've read. There's a Flagship range or grade of the best phones that an OEM produces, but there can only be one Flagship at a time or one flagship for a product range or line depending on the OEM
Several phones may belong to this grade but not all of them are flagships even if they carry a flagship grade processor. To keep it short, you saying all flagship are high end while all high-end are not flagship |

ElvisMcCoy: I was about to say the same thing. It cannot be overemphasized. I bought 4 tempered glasses for my phone. I'm using the second one now... If I sell it, I sell it with the cases (6) and remaining glasses. Exactly bro, every smartphone i own is always accompanied with 6 tampered glasses and 5 cases. People should always invest in accessories too while placing their phone order. |

2kurupt: It can but the frustration you'll get from either EFCC or Nigerian police (not like they're different anyway) will be far more than the actual crime. The banks too are usually slow and will keep stalling like you're bugging them.
For the EFCC, You'll be asked to open "file" of which cost shall depend on what you've lost & your net worth. You'll pay to get documents e.g. affidavit, warrants etc at ridiculous costs, Virtually every move they make will be financed by you
Guy, just pray you'll never experience such theft in order not to use their services Boss, God will bless you for this insight. I saw this coming that's why I opt out. |

fibonacci2526: Exactly, took it up with that silly diamond bank. We kept going back and forth with no result, I moved on and found closure. Chai, my own too na Diamond bank o. The customer care said they don't have access to some information and directed me to their head office. |

ubev01: but the money was transferred to an account right? Can't the account be traced and blocked or the owner of the account nabbed through that? Boss I did took that step, I was told to go to their head office which I did, they didn't see it as a robbery or scam case but somehow put the blame on me for not calling the bank (Diamond) immediately. I report the stolen phone to the police and they bill me for 20k. But they said it was 50/50 chance and they started asking the worth of the phone, and if they haven't transfer the money in my account. I couldn't answer those questions, I just told them I'll be back. |

fibonacci2526: Yeah that was why I advised blocking his accounts right way, when my Poco was stolen last November I took it for granted that the thieves wanted the phone alone and I got to the bank by 8am asking them to block my account. Long story short, since I didn't have any access to the internet, I got to the office only to see mail debit alerts. The thieves somehow found a way to use my registered SIM to initiate a fresh USSD on my line and withdrew #100k which was the daily limit. If there was no limit, am sure I would still be in the hospital right now if they had withdrawn all the money in my account. It was an eye opener, big one and before anyone ask ,no I don't have my account number or ATM card details on my phone (they can't even access that since my phone is locked with pattern). They used just the SIM. Same poo happens to me last year march when my redmi note 4 was stolen from me on my way home in the evening. I call customer care to block my line immediately I got home, but it took them like 30 minutes to pickup. Long story short, I went to the bank next morning and it was not funny. 100k gone. I request for how the amount was drawn, they said through USSD, but I've never use bank USSD on my phone before. They said yes the thief activated it for me, since my register SIM is with him. All this operation happens within 10 minutes. The phone is still useless with him till date. SIM lock is the way forward, Airtel customer service advice. |

I'm a complete novice to this flashing of ROM thing, I've never done it before. I guess I'm stuck with these 'bugs' until the next update. So sad. But you're not told to open your bootloader, he simply asks you to download and flash with updater app |
