My nephew Schengen (France) visa application was denied in April this year with appeal option. He applied for UK visa about 3 weeks ago, his application was approved. Now I want him to appeal the Schengen visa decision but we don't know how to start because they want the appeal letter written in french.

metronaija4: Two Nigerian "Romance Scammers" preying on gullible Thai women on Facebook were arrested in Bangkok, on Thursday.
Briefing reporters at the police station in the Khao San area of Bangkok, deputy tourist police bureau commissioner, Surachet Hakpal also known Big Joke in the Thai media - said the Nigerian nationals, Emeka Celestine Eze, 31, and 44-year-old Oliver Obiora, pretended to be someone else and conned a Khamphaeng Phet woman out of a million baht.
It was the usual story in such cases. After gaining the confidence and love of a woman they said they had sent gifts but money needed to be transferred to an account to secure their release from customs.
Other victims in the Kamphaeng Phet area are expected to come forward.
Emeka was nabbed with electronic evidence at the Regent Home Condo in Bang Na while his sidekick Oliver was taken down while attempting to flee the country at Don Meuang airport.
The money they obtained was laundered in the Pratunam area of Bangkok.
They were charged with computer fraud, false pretenses, illegal use of ATM cards and Oliver was on overstay too.
http://www.metronaija.ng/photos-two-nigerians-romance-scammers-arrested-bangkok-thailand/ You might be right but not 100%. Some of these guys have opportunities to do legal work but they won't because they want flashy cars. What do you want to say about Nigerians living in UK, USA, Canada and many other countries but still doing this scamming thing. In those countries they have jobs to do but they won't do it because they want to be rich overnight. We are in a society where the only thing that matter is MONEY |

Ifeanyi4491: Oh My God, Why this, Is this the way they celebrated their new year it's unfair.
LET US PRAY.
Heavenly Father, We thank You for seeing us through from year to year, and keeping us safe from harm, danger, violent/evil/wicked people, and accidents. Lord, today, we pray for an accident-free year. We pray for a year with no death record. We pray for a year with no bad news. Lord, we ask You to preserve our going out and my coming in. Oh Lord, when I wake up, listen to our morning prayer, stay with us to help and strengthen us, from this moment on, I commit all our ways into Your Holy Hands, and we ask You to lead us not into trouble/harm/danger/accident and deliver us from forms of evil or sadness. In Jesus' Name. Amen. This is evil |

Thanks for your good suggestion!
Please if you don't have any positive suggestion to contribute just ignore it. In Nigeria some courses or professions are not marketable. Looking at job markets you will agree with me |

Hedonistically: Nigerian law enforcement agencies always rely too much on prima facie evidence and the self-indicting "explanation" or "confession" of suspects. This is laziness of the highest order, and is one of the reasons why corruption cannot be defeated at this time.
Granted, the director is clearly corrupt - as EVERY OTHER civil servant and public office holder in Nigeria is (including the so-called investigators themselves and the High Court Judge handling the case). But that is besides the point.
The investigators have not established a paper trail showing exactly how the director stole public funds and illegally acquired his assets. The charge that he could not "explain or justify" his wealth is absolute nonsense. To begin with he is not obligated by law to explain anything to you. Besides, you are not competent to arbitrarily decide whether his explanation is acceptable or not.
What you should do and must do is to investigate how he corruptly acquired the funds and how he illegally acquired his assets. Which contracts were illegally awarded or inflated? Which kickbacks were paid and how were they paid? Which documents were forged? Which government funds were unremitted? Etc. Etc. That's the hard work in criminal investigation, and you cannot shy away from such hard work! It is daft to just rush to court and say that somebody cannot explain their wealth.
Without this, I'm sorry the case before the court is watery, and the director and his brother will easily be acquitted even with an average lawyer. Noted |

I'd sincerely advise you to get ready to be called in for an interview(I have a friend with a similar case and she was called in)...But It may or may not happen, it could swing either way.
Worst case you get called in and answer any question asked. There's really nothing to be scared o, just say the truth.
All the best! Your comment is good man. Some people are here just to discourage people. |
