Time is Running out... Now that everyone is rushing you, you're always the talk of the town. You can't pass by any street without hearing a call whispering from young guyz. Checking through your phone, are several unread Facebook messages, WhatsApp chats, and love-up from many admirers which you shun! Your Instagram handle is pulling traffic from men. Any of your single posts online attracts 300 comments and 450 likes from male admirers within 24hours. Definitely, it's your time, you're in your teens and early 20s, as you are taking several for granted, you are opting to trend on social. Your breasts are quite firm even without a supportive bra. Gradually, u start jumping from one big boy to another, and they're having a share of their national cake. All of a sudden, you're approaching your late 20s and those guys are disappearing gradually like chaffs, now age is telling on you. Those cute guys who were rushing you yesterday start depreciating, not because you sent them off, but because the clock is ticking and time is no longer by your side. Suddenly, the sweet morning call from those guys are no longer hitting your phone. Your face now need additional pancakes to secure attention from those guys, but unfortunately they're all gone. Where will you run to? Why would you waste your time on frivolities, when you rightly know that time isn't by your side as a lady? I'm neither asking you to ignore guys, nor rush them, however there are good men waiting to walk you down the aisle in the future, only if you're focus without distraction. Cheers... Can a woman inherit her husband's property? There is a popular trend in Nigeria wherein, a married woman is subjected to inhuman treatment and denied the right to inherit her late husband's property. It should be noted that, a married woman automatically becomes an 'inheritor' of her husband's property, as the law will give her a first consideration even where the man dies without a will. The court in a case states as follows: "Any culture that disinherits a daughter from her father’s estate or wife from her husband’s properties by reason of God instituted gender differential should be punitively and decisively dealt with. You guys didn't take it serious. If the nearest police station is not helping, then write a joint petition to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police. Attach all the purported payment receipt to confirm same. They can even seal up the entire building until the real owner shows up. I trust my humble self. The day some police officers in Sango Ota division tried to cover up a matter, I quickly addressed the A.I.G, Onikan for swift caution. It's like you guys don't value your money. Note: It can be done to anyone close to you again. Keep deliberating here. |

First of all, humbly request for the identity of the agent from the original occupier and his own payment receipt, if it's the same with others (including yours), file a consolidated civil action in court against the owner and his supposed agent for damages. Further let the police take swift action by getting the real owner and charging him in criminal suit, for obtaining fund by false pretence. Joint ownership exists where two or more persons jointly procures one or more portion of land(s) together.
