I have been applying for job since 2020 till date, I have not been called for one interview. And the positions I have been applying for are the ones I have similar experience on.. I don't know where the problem is coming from, should I blame village people for this?.

@Op, if the new job pays better than the one you have, I think you should go for it. Forget about what is said about Indian/Chinese companies, it is not a bad place to work.. Cos I'm currently working in an Indian company but my salary is not that much,, What they want from you is, do your work, be smart, don't give them excuses why you didn't perform , they just need positive result from you, that's all.. If you do all these, you don't have any problem with them.. They hate laziness and unseriousness...
