4. Customer service: 0/10 Company has no professional staff but rude, irritating & unprofessional staff. They don't always answer calls or respond to texts/chats.

The staff over-estimate weights & volumes. They don't have funtional tape or weighing scale in their Lagos office for confirmation of size and weight. Several disputes arise due to over invoicing. They can change other terms of agreement after collecting consignment eg destination, delivery mode.

6. Tracker with real time updates: 0/10
Tracking number is not provided to customers. They have no Web based tracker for monitoring time, location and status before pickup.

7. Compensation Policy for lost items: 0/10
Company does not acknowledge possibility of lost items even after 2 years & they don't have a written policy on compensation plan for lost or damaged items.

8. Goodwill: 0/10
Their reputation is stained due to extortion of customers. They are notorious for the following:
Failure to follow up with airline & shipper on timely shipments. Incurring demmurage & passing cost to client. Failure to settle custom duty & maintain good standings with the customs officials. Several people have openly expressed disappointment with the company on social media.

Wow. Like the company is even directly and bodly saying they're a scam. Wonders shall never end in this country.

I honestly don't know. Although He was having a meal but he definitely heard when I came in the shop asking for him. And also the woman in the shop waiting there for him, like WTH? The situation that day confused me. And I don't think he was hiding from me in particular.

Since that day I can never go there. I rather walk 30 meters to get my stuff.

Second one was a woman that sells recharge card by my street. (Very close to my house, she knows my place). I've been buying from her since my JSS3 (I'm in College now). This year, I went to buy 1000 recharge card but unfortunately my cash was remaining 50 naira. Do you know this woman actually told her daughter to hold me so that I won't "Run"?!? Someone that I've know for years now. Since then she can go to hell abeg.

There's one guy I know that did 7 new girls everyday for a week. To be honest I wonder what these guys tell girls to allow them do all this stuff.

You should consider the Note 9s too. You will enjoy it. I play COD mobile on the highest graphics and without lag, something that used to lag like hell on low graphics when I was using Note 7.

In Nigeria, guys can still get away with a lot, that would land them in trouble with the law that is designed to favour women even, without much of evidence.

If you fail to develop this, the risk of setting up yourself for future disasters is high.

I work with Adobe Photoshop and some other Adobe apps. This looks like Photoshop to me. When cropping out an image you can feather the edges to give it a type of effect. That's what's there. And also the hand at the lower edge has a different background from the one in the picture. Also the contrast and exposure of the man's face and clothes are different from the whole picture.
