You're very right on Ella being the seemingly most unpolished. After Kim, I rate Esther as the next most beautiful girl there. Preferences vary.

For the guys, I do not find Nelson handsome, maybe goodlooking, but he lacks that air of masculinity with almost zero personality. For Ike, his hippy demeanour makes him attractive but not necessarily handsome. Tuoyo is just a bodybuilder.
