Also, I'm sick in the stomach of the pointless weekly online meetings and the useless weekly OKR sessions.

Not to rain in your parade but this isnt a job, kindly look for one. Note that It's a renewable 1yr contract.

220K? LMAO.

As at 2019, the pay was N850 per hour, while supervisors get 1,050 and the main business was IELTS invigilation which typically takes place twice a month on Saturdays. Around May or thereabouts IGSCE and Cambridge exams will come up and your services will be needed too.

Be ready to stand for 6-7hrs for 850 per hour.

Also, there is the speaking Test which may take place within the week.

Note that you may not work always as there will likely be a roster to accommodate all staff considering the limited number of slots for each invigilation.

The time spent setting up the hall the day before an exam is counted and an exam takes roughly 5hrs

In a typical month, you'll be lucky to make 15k.

One would never understand how seared and paranoid the mind of an average Nigerian has become until you extend a hand of help to them without asking for anything in return. To them its synthetic and a deviation from acceptable norms.

These people believe that every interaction is transactional; heck, you're not supposed to even show love or care unless there is at least a remote benefit accruable to you. Well, the society has had its impact on us, afterall its said to be brutish, evil and vile.

You're not supposed to go out of your way to cater for people, or make a conscious effort to put a smile on faces or even look out for them. You're not supposed to be a gentleman too because it's a sign of "weakness".

Hopefully one day, you'll be fortunate to find real love. Then you'll find that people like WhiteMoney actually exist and that he is a rare gem who we honestly dont deserve.

That wasn't even passive aggression, it was borderline aggression. I blame WhiteMoney though, if he had stood up to Pere immediately, Peres ego would have nudged him a step further and by now he would be having his media rounds..

The world itself has become so dark to the extent that if you do evil or bad stuff people think you are being yourself but if you live a drama free life filled with love and good vibes you're faking it. There are a lot of good people out there....say no to bully.

That is exactly how humanity has gone to the dogs. People talk about entertainment, but Peres action has no semblance to entertainment, drama perhaps. Or would one say they're entertained when other people are put through misery, when people are bullied and intimidated? Worse so, when the victim is an unassuming fellow.

The world has become so vile that people wont believe you when you tell them the truth without hassle; when you genuinely show care/kindness, they believe theres something in it for you; when you're laid back, they believe you're a coward; and when you exude positive vibes, they say you're faking.

For these people, you're only real when you have a caustic tongue, court controversy, eschew toxicity and live negativity.

If we all accept that inferiority complex is a behavioral flaw, so is superiority complex.

Our psyche really needs to be mended.

Stop masturbating it enforces your current situation.
Rather than the cult option.
Take alcohol. It would give you that temporary confidence boost than could be a push.
For now forget about talking to women like you've been adviced. Creat strong bonds with your male folks and advance to the other gender. You have a social problem not a woman problem so start easy.
Try to go out more or get a job. You'll find it easier communicating with colleagues.
Exercise, it will make you feel good about your self and promote self confidence. You give your self a goal of 100 push ups a day 25 each set spread across the day.
Try to work on communication via calls. WhatsApp calls are cheaper and would make you talk longer. This would help you practice communication without feeling pressure from the person's physical presence. Work on this seriously and you'll find it easier to talk in person.

He is a PhD holder, former UNIBEN PRO. He is Charles's senior. Infact, during my program there, Charles does not take MSC classes, but I heard he now does. While I was there, Ikelegbe had just returned from a sabbatical leave, then Ebohon just handed over to Otoghile as HOD.

Nigeria as a country is simply a painful aberration. In a working society, this repair won't take more than 3 months, but here we are after nearly 8 months. Same 8 months that can be used to construct a new bridge from scratch in saner climes.

This is same country where a 1.6km Second Niger Bridge have not been completed in nearly 4yrs. Simply pathetic, worse so the fact that they have beggarly cheerleaders egging them on.
